The rhythmic compression of a heart is not the only way blood can travel around the body.

[Though, honestly, Byleth wasn't really well-versed on how, exactly, his Crest Stone was able to force blood around his body without doing the ol' ba-dum method an organic heart utilised. Best he didn't think too hard on it.]
