in spite of the name, wolfwood's tone has no bite to it. if anything there's a touch of fondness there that wasn't present before. both of his hands move to curl around the bend of vash's knees, thumbs pressing first then brushing over the bone. after all that wolfwood has been through, there's still a part of him that doesn't want to get close like this to anyone. there are too many unknowns in his life to start something that could be abruptly finished without his consent.
