[ she stuffs the phone into her backpack and takes a cursory look around, her eyes eventually landing on clementine. she waves back, running over to meet her. ] Thank you for meeting Qiqi. [ clementine will definitely be able to pick up that there's something off about her. she's a zombie. ]

( there's definitely some weirdness going on, but nothing that screams 'Walker' to Clem immediately. Mostly because Qiqi is talking like a (relatively) normal person and isn't trying to bite her.)

Hello Clementine. I'm looking forward to exploring this place with you. It sounds like there's a lot to see, and I think I would get lost and overwhelmed if not for a friend.

Yeah. I took a look at the map and this place is huge. Where did you want to start? I guess... where do you think your friend might head if he's here?

...oh, is there a map? Do you still have it? [ but the questions have her thinking. ] I think Baizhu would start looking for Qiqi, so maybe we can go to places he thinks I might go. [ but what does she like again? her memory is the worst. ] I pick plants, flowers, and herbs for Bubu Pharmacy, so... maybe out in the fields?

It's on the phone. ( Clementine pulled hers out again, taking a few moments to recall how to actually do it, and then finally opened up the map. She crouched down so they could both look at it. ) So... out in the segments? Those are kind of dangerous, but we can take a look. Do you know how to defend yourself?

...oh. [ she takes out the phone and stares at it. ] I have never used something like this before. I hope I remember how. I don't have the best memory. [ she frowns, and starts randomly clicking around the phone, eventually finding the map. ] I think I found it. [ ... ] Dangerous? Are there wild animals?

[ qiqi nods. ] I have a sword and my vision. Qiqi knows how to fight well, and she can heal you if you get hurt.

Me either. I had to ask someone for help. ( And just watch people for a while until she understood the basics. The only thing even remotely close that she had ever held was one of those Nokia bricks. )

Monsters, I guess? A whole bunch of weird stuff. But I've dealt with monsters before. ( Not precisely those in the segments, but close enough. ) Good. Let's go check out the flower yard first, then. ( She pocketed her phone and offered her hand to Qiqi. )

I had someone at the guild help me. I am thankful that everybody's so patient, ... [ because she knows having to repeat one's self can get real frustrating real quick. ] I have also dealt with monsters. I wonder if they'll be similar to the ones back in Teyvat. [ there's the faintest smile on her lips as she pockets her own phone and take's clementine's hand. ] If you get hurt, then Qiqi can use her abilities to heal you. Like Baizhu, she just wants to help people.

Thank you, Qiqi. What kind of abilities do you have that can heal people? Is it like the magic here?

I think it might be similar. Qiqi has this. [ she shows off her cyro vision. ] I can cast ice spells.

[burymedeep]

( clem blinks, just a little confused. ) Can you freeze things?

[smolzombean]

[ nods. ] I can. [ she looks around and then runs over to a small patch of flowers. she uses a talisman to summon a herald of frost, a small spirit that seems to circle her. it heals, but also the moisture in a few of the flowers lets it freeze them temporarily. ]

[burymedeep]

Hey - careful. ( She felt, for a moment, like she was with AJ again, hurrying after Qiqi to make sure she didn't go too far on her own. She stopped as soon as she realized what was happening.) Whoa...

[smolzombean]

It can do a lot. [ she goes back over to clementine, reaching out for her hand. the herald starts circling the both of them, and any injuries she might currently have are healed. then she turns back to the patch of flowers and picks one of the frozen ones, offering it to her. ] For you.

( Old wounds sometimes ache but nothing is particularly fresh. It's still noticable though - that lack of a sting and dull throb from the scars. Clementine takes her hand and the offered flower, smiling as she does so. ) Thank you, Qiqi. That's really nice.
