So, as I'm sure a lot of people remember, this past February a group of brave Otherworlders decided to try and take out the Hearts Gang for the pretty awful things they were doing to people, yeah? And then they just totally wiped them and their entire operation out! Just BAM, gone! Obliterated! And that means we're all a little bit safer now, and I'm sure a lot of people have enjoyed that feeling at least a little, right? Probably without even realizing they have been!

Well, I wanna enjoy it in a bit of a different, more active way~ With one of those underground casino groups gone, now feels like the perfect time to formally introduce to you 大吉の円光.

Daikichi no Enko is a casino and lounge I've been working on establishing in the middle of Nightwake that will be opening very soon. I, as the owner and manager who is also an angel, personally guarantee a safer and more relaxing atmosphere to enjoy yourselves in. No one will be dragged away to be harassed or tortured by lowlife criminals for any reason under my care. Plus, we simply won't be allowing our guests to go into debt in the first place.

Our first floor lounge and bar is where you'll be able to enjoy talented entertainment of all kinds and a super delicious food and drink menu that will never bore you, whether you're here to play or not~ (And if you want to gamble just a little without heading upstairs or breaking the bank, I can't wait to introduce you to the omakase experience and neither can our chefs~)

I won't try to sell you on the gambling floors because a casino is a casino, we provide the games and machines you're expecting so if that's you're thing you're sure to have fun. I will mention, however, that I've added some fun optional house rules and challenges to a lot of them that will help make things a little more interesting!

Every month we'll be hosting themed events that you're invited and encouraged to fully immerse yourself in, with our very first one being held April 7th for our grand opening! What's the theme, you ask?

That's a secret! But as a little teaser it involves food and drink on the house for the whole evening as well as prizes simply for participating that won't be offered for any future events! And don't worry, no costumes needed or dress code to follow for this one~

But, whether that's enough to interest you or not, if you visit us soon or stop by on a whim or simply never set foot in our establishment, and to those of you who may have no interest in us at all or even hate us for the most understandable to the most irrational reasons~

Regardless, 大吉の円光, "The Auspicious Halo", will always welcome you.

Also, I'm hiring!

Just to be clear, we are staffed and ready to roll, but I'd love to offer opportunities to otherworlders looking for work too. So bartenders, dealers, chefs, wait staff, bouncers and other security types: If you've got experience and you're looking for a job, hit me up! If you don't have experience but you're willing to learn, I'm willing to train~

On the entertainment front, I'm welcoming both dedicated and "perform when you want" gig entertainers, as well as some stage crew! Music, comedy, dance, magic - if you think you can entertain people, come show me what you've got. I'll consider anyone with a good pitch and a good performance to back it up.

Well I'm aware both of the fact that we need to make money but also that nobody really enjoys any kind of game if you barely ever win, meaning I'll need to do my best to balance that out.

I'll just cross my fingers that you make it back in time! Since I like Rinku-chan, it'd be sad if you missed it~

Like I said, surprises are fun! I always love a good secret surprise event.
Plus, I think it's pretty thematically appropriate for a casino's grand opening, don't you?

It's a little bit of a gamble to attend an event with a secret theme.
It could be a super fun time, it could be a total flop and super boring, the theme could be really interesting or really stupid, you don't know!
For all anyone knows I hired a bunch of really embarrassing moms to perform really old and cringey dance trends on stage for five hours straight and that's it!
