Is it not helpful or is it just not what you wanted to hear?

So what if you convince them to stop? What then? You think they’ll really be satisfied? You think they’ll be able to let it go just like that? Someone who will dedicate their life to revenge won't be so easily persuaded.

[this coming from the man who is about to die because of things he did while seeking revenge (not that he knows that yet)]
