It is perhaps a little strange if you're not used to it. I assume devices like this were not too common in Mondstadt? I gather the levels of technology between all of our true homes is really quite different.

No, we have nothing like this in Mondstadt. It would be more than convenient for those of us who travel far distances such as myself; I often find myself afield helping others.

( As do the other Knights of Favonius - it would be far more convenient to have these devices rather than use a messenger to carry a letter. )
