- Bobby's family runs a tailoring business. As an only child, he was very much expected to go into the business, and worked there through his teen years, but it was never The Dream. He's glad he knows how to tailor his own pants, though. Very helpful skill when you're super short.

- The Dream was, of course, to be an idol. He's always loved dancing, and has a steel trap memory for choreography.

- Enormous fan of the Sunlight Sisters growing up.

- After he finished his military service, he moved to Seoul with a childhood friend (Min-jun) and the help of a supportive aunt to try and break into the idol industry.

- Bobby and Min-jun attended try-outs for various agencies together. Bobby was the better dancer, but Min-jun had the "look" and eventually, he was selected for a newly formed boy group. Bobby never made it past any try-outs.

- Bobby tried to support Min-jun in his budding idol career as best he could, bringing him water (which was accepted) and snacks (which were not) after practice, but Min-jun's agent worked the group like dogs and was highly controlling of their lives. All for their group to never even get off the ground and receive little to no notoriety.

- Min-jun's group crashed and burned, along with his will to stay in Seoul. He moved back to their hometown, and they have since drifted apart.

- Desperate to be involved in the music he loved so much in any capacity, Bobby tried working backstage instead. While he actually got jobs, he also experienced a lot of terrible management and industry-typical abuse.

- When word got around that Celine, of the Sunlight Sisters, was interviewing for a manager for a group she was putting together, he applied for it. It was something of a last attempt to make things work.

- Some day I'll write the fanfic of that interview but it is not today. Obviously he made it through despite his utter lack of experience in any management role, because he had all the personality and soft-skill requirements Celine was looking for, and most importantly, the girls liked him. All the rest could be taught.

- He does still feel some hella imposter syndrome from time to time due to his lack of experience before managing HUNTR/X, but he got this far on forced confidence alone and he'll keep that up because obviously it's working!

- Once Bobby was comfortable in his new role and Celine was set to retire to her mountaintop retreat, she impressed upon him the three most important rules for his job: keep them singing, keep them healthy, keep them together. Those have been his guiding principles as HUNTR/X's manager. Not necessarily in that priority order.

- Bobby has very little personal life outside of work (this was a major contributing factor to his drifting apart from Min-jun, at least as much as the physical distance).

- While he's known that he's gay for a long time now, he has done almost nothing with this fact. It's just a thing, that he knows about himself, but doesn't act on. Because he's so busy with work! Work that he loves so much! He's had a few discrete one night stands, and that's it.

- As HUNTR/X's manager, he is famous enough that he can be recognized in public by particularly avid fans. If someone in-universe made a HUNTR/X iceberg youtube video, Bobby would probably be in the 3rd tier. This possibility of being recognized does not help with the lack of personal life, as he's had trouble with people trying to get close to him to get to the girls in some capacity.

- He calls his parents about once a month, but that's basically all the contact they have.

- Bobby had a brief moment of virality when someone posted a video of him dancing to the girls' choreography backstage. He is still mentally recovering from that, and it kind of cemented for him that he was not ever destined to be an idol himself. He still dances backstage though because he loves doing it and embarrassment will never stop him.

- The dancing during rehearsals started to try and help out while the girls were working on memorizing the choreography. This is why he does the moves of whoever is currently in center/front.

- With the amount of money HUNTR/X makes on concerts alone, 3% of all revenue is more than enough for him. He is very well off, thank you. No complaints there. Imagine making 3% of all Beyonce's revenue. That's basically what he's getting.

- In his off time, he enjoys watching K-dramas and trash tv. If he really needs some stress relief, he'll go out dancing.

- He has a multi step skin and hair care routine-- he may be a workaholic, but he still tries to take care of himself!
