What's White Day?

[And why do they involve candy?]

It's kind of a romance holiday. Back where I come from, Japan, there's two days instead of one. Valentines Day is when girls give guys chocolate. Guys return the favor on White Day, which is today. That's the original concept, anyway.

As someone who doesn't bother with hetero-standards, I'm fine with getting or giving chocolate on both days. It's a double chance for chocolate.

Ohhh, I think I understand. We do have Valentione's where I come from but not White Day. But there is another holiday we have called Little Ladies Day that does focus on girls so mayhap there's some similarities.

If there is no rule stating on who gets gifts, then surely some of my comrades won't mind some?
