[It can be a funny thing, this dragon business. Neuvillette himself looking more or less entirely human, few people would immediately know him for what he was. Even those in his home country tend to fail to put the pieces together despite them being laid out in front of them quite clearly.

And Neuvillette himself does not hide it. It is simply that no one asks.]

Adopted by dragons? Fascinating. I have a similar story, though in the inverse. You might say I was adopted by humans.

Maybe I should drop the "Slayer" part until I can explain further? Calling it Dragon Magic isn't inaccurate, since the point is to use the power of dragons themselves to better counter them.

How do you decide whether a dragon is 'evil', or not?

Well, whether they're eating people or not is generally a good measure to go by, or if they're otherwise being needlessly destructive.

While some do enjoy destruction for the sake of it, I would hope that most would be doing so with some other kind of motivation.
