1. If you ruled the world, would it be legal for companies to kill their own employees for profit?

If your answer is no, I cordially invite you to take over my world, known as "The City," if travel between worlds on demand becomes possible. I guarantee you that whatever regime you would install would be better than the current government.

I don't have any official authority to give you permission to take over, but also I'm the only one here from my world so no one else can complain about it either.

I don't either! Bad people in my world don't usually call themselves villains. But some people do, apparently, especially the types that have grandiose schemes like conquering the world.

No? Ellipsa's the kind of place where you can't be arrested for things like saying you want to take over the world. Because you're allowed to say pretty much whatever you want here? Because it's a nice place. Which my world is not.

I don't think anyone could make it much worse than it already is.

There are plenty of uses of humans as raw materials, or to produce energy from... I can only speak for my company in detail, but there are a number of Abnormalities in containment that require sacrifices to be kept pacified.

There aren't a lot of animals in the City as it is, so sacrificing like a goat or something would be more expensive than sacrificing a human.

Honestly, I can't really imagine it being made any worse? But I've already got plans to move myself and my loved ones to another, safer world as it is, so. I guess I just go 'oops' and learn a valuable lesson about asking villains for things??

Of course not. If everyone were able to do something like that, there would quickly be a lot less of a world to control.

Plus, less employees mean less productivity.

[Sure, a lot of his plans involve trying to basically toss Sonic and his friends into oblivion - but given the choice he'd much rather roboticize them and utilize them to his advantage.]

Apparently this is not generally considered good business practice! But it's very common in the City and perfectly legal.

I just figure if someone wants to take over the world anyway, that they might as well target a world where the people there would thank them for doing it.
