Greetings! I am Red Son, a new arrival! [The greetings comes with confidence and energy, but gets calmer as he continues.]
As such, I would like information and confirmation of information from those in the same position as me versus the powers that be that may have motivation to lie.
Has there been any downsides to using these seasonal powers?
Is it true that death does not matter here no matter who or what you are? What was the experience like?
There is something that interferes with at least certain powers, in this case I cannot open a dimensional gate. What do people know about that and are there other abilities that have been altered?
What are the effects of not touching someone for long enough? What levels of touch have shown to 'count?'
Have these power holders given any evidence to actually trust them?
Anything else that seems important or suspect is also appreciated.

I would not say no to a conversation with anyone whose been an aerokinetic for more than two months.

Yes. Yes, I do. I have had fire powers for literal centuries.

That's so cool! You're that old? And you have superpowers? And magic? What about the gate thing you mentioned? Do you go to other worlds all the time? Are they like this one?

And yes, I do have magic, which is a separate thing since technically anyone could learn it, if they're willing and dedicated enough to the work. As for the gate, no, I don't go to other worlds all the time. The tricky thing about gates is you need to have some idea where you're going or else you'll end up literally anywhere.
Which, sure, could be a whole new world.
Or it could be right in front of the maw of a cosmic eating entity. So its best to have a direction.
So I've only been to the other dimensions that have are connected with my home world. The Celestial Realm, Naraka, a few pocket dimensions. Not often, but its one of those things that when you need it, you really need it, so I made sure to keep the ritual refreshed in my mind every few months.

No one here is going to be ready for the amount of firepower necessary to get rid of a waterfall. Especially if you want to get rid of the water and not cause everything else around you to catch on fire.
Meditation is apart of it. Without any waterfalls. That sort of practice would only hinder novices. They'd do better to have weapons launched at them then dousing their fire before anything forms.
Meditation is necessary for calm, focus, and harmonizing the wild energies and emotions within, so the fire only acts when you truly want it to act, not simply when you're having an intense emotional reaction.

Otherwise, practice. Depending what parts you wish to achieve first is what you practice. There are different exercises for intensity of flames, amount, precision, control.

I'll teach you for songs and dance styles. Music is an important part of cultures and I won't reject learning what its like in other places.
AND.
If I need to make nice with someone, I can call on you. I can supposedly be too 'abrasive' for some people so having a back up plan for dealing with people I absolutely need to would not be remiss.

I know you will. I do not slouch in my teaching and I expect the same of my students. Its best to listen to my tutorials because if I have to get creative for your attention, it will be a far less pleasant experience.
