[The video starts with Mike sitting at a kitchen table. He smiles at the camera and gives it a cute wave.]

Hi there. With the sun out once again, I wanted to check on people. See how you are. I know it's great to see the sun again but have you seen my son?

[Oh yes. It's one of these kinds of posts. He holds up a picture of Katsuki, clearly a candid photo, of him sitting across the table from Mike in this one. His son has spiky blond hair, red eyes, and a kind of glare as he notices he's getting his photo taken.]

This is my Kitkat. He's a hero by trade. I'll admit, having a superhero for a son is amazing. At least if I ever get abducted, I'll get saved in no time. He can fight and oh boy is he smart. And even when the chips are down, he never gives up. He lost his arm and had a nasty run in with vampires during that whole mess and he's still going strong. AND! LOOK!

[Another picture, this one of Bakugo yawning, showing off his new fangs.]

He's got them teefs! And they're so cute. And manly and serious and all that but come on. Kitkat definitely looking like his nickname sake. He just needs little fluffy ears and he'd be set. Anyway.

I got some more pictures here. [He shows them off, one of Katsuki yelling about something, another with Mike doing a selfie as Bakugo is eating cake, and lastly one with Bakugo showing off a silver skull gauntlet that has explosions erupting from the eye sockets. He's clearly laughing like the chaos gremlin he is.]

And I know at this point you've seen this Kitkat. Sorry but I'm one of those Dads who loves to show off pictures of his kids. I'm not sorry.

How come Kitkat? Oh, is it because it sounds like "always winning"?

Because it's one of my favorite candies, honestly and his name has Kat in it. But also that. Because I mean, he definitely is always winning.

That's great! He's a great rival so far! Did he tell you we're competing? We're gonna see who can get big enough to sell out Blossomcrown Arena for a live first!

That he did. Of course he is. He won't let his rival down by not being a challenge. I hope you don't mind me cheering him on. Gotta cheer on my son, after all.

That's okay! It'd be weird if you weren't cheering him on, since you're family. I was cheering for Mary-chan in the art tournament, that's basically the same thing.

It is, yeah. Still, I hope you both have a lot of fun with your contest.

We definitely will! Hm... I wonder if I can start up some kinda contest? It doesn't have to be D4FES level big. Even back home at the high school I went to, they'd have remix contests and tournaments and all kinds of stuff.

It could work. I know people right now need some good happy entertainment. Especially after everything.

Yeah... We just had all these fun things, and then that whole thing happened. That's why I put all this stuff into giving the kids here stuff to make them happy. We have a pool and that new game console now. I kinda went overboard, but...

[Seeing how upset Mary was and how afraid she was, how Mecchan was sobbing when she came back to the hotel to check on them all (and thus making Mary and Mimi and a bunch of sheltering civilians also cry)... Hina was having a great time but she also didn't realize there was an emergency.]

Do you get that feeling? That you gotta do something really good to make up for it?

Yeah. I think that is a natural kind of feeling. Wanting to do better.

Yeah. This place has been so great, but all this stuff going on was terrifying. I think it was worse than the time the Doctor set monsters on the city. But back then, we were just getting used to our powers, and I couldn't do anything. This time was a lot different.

I got that feeling. And some people didn't come out the other side the same either. Which is concerning. But we got through it. That's a good silver lining.

Yeah... I'm worried about them too. But I sent care packages to everyone I know turned! It was easy 'cause I was already trying out making cakes with blood, I've been working on it for months!

Heh. You're a brazen one. My kids would lose it if I pulled some shit like this. [ Not to mention that Choco's praise objective would make it extra rude. ]

Why thank you. I take it as a compliment. I'm sure he's gonna blow up but it'll be worth it.

I've been on the receiving end of bullying like this and it's a trip. Not quite to the whole network but a similar vibe.

[Katsuki is just sitting at home, minding his own business. Scrolling mindlessly when he sees... himself suddenly looking at him. Huh?? He'll scroll up and read... and as he does, his eyes widen in horror. Out here is his "foster dad", a father-figure that he agreed to call dad in PRIVATE out here posting candid photos of him. And talking about how smart, and cool, and heroic, and CUTE he is? What the fuck?? Why???? This was so embarrassing?????????????

He doesn't know how to react honestly. Because on one very obvious hand, he is absolutely horrified and angry that Mike would dare to talk about him like this in front of absolutely everyone. And using that cutesy nickname too!! He's SO mad!!!!!! Plus, he absolutely hates having his photo taken and having to see his face so many times on his screen makes him want to throw his phone at the wall. And he doesn't even want to think about how he was just compared to a cat thanks to his fangs and saying he needs fluffy ears---

But... then there's the fact that he's also touched, at the same time. And he knows Mike's always wanted to be a proper dad, so this was probably really fulfilling for him. Getting to shove so many photos of his son in so many people's faces as if it were his wallet just filled with them.

So it's hard for him to feel angry without feeling guilty, too.]

Hey Mike?

You have until I get to your place to delete every photo you've ever taken of me off your phone.

[However! Katsuki decides to react in anger despite the guilt in the end. Because he has to hide how embarrassed-yet-charmed he was by this post somehow!!]

uh oh

[Yep. He sends the two words in a text. Welp. Guess he should do that. After he, first, using magic to remove them from his phone and make them physical pictures. And stick them in a photo album he bought and starts to store them inside. Sorry Katsuki. He's not about to get rid of these.]

I'll have a cold soda waiting.

[Katsuki will start the walk to Mike's, texting with his one hand as he speedwalks there.]

I'm serious! You better have deleted everything or I'm going to give you a matching pair of these "cute" fangs!

[He's just making sure Mike is scared for real! And surely the threat of turning him into a vampire too will be enough to make him delete those photos!! Of course, Katsuki is certain Mike won't budge and that he'll find all those photos and more all over his phone.. he'll be pleasantly surprised to see them gone. (and none the wiser of the physical ones--)]

Two cold colas.

[He texts as he finishes getting the pictures in physical from. Though the threat of vampirism is adorable and he knows it's empty.]

I'd look pretty darn cute with my own fangs. But not as cute as some people I know. Remind me when you get here to tell you about Izzy.

[Katsuki was starting to type out "Who the hell is Izzy?" but deletes it halfway through and decides to just ask while he's there in person as Mike tells him to. If this is another adopted child, he swears to God--

Eventually a very angry Katsuki will show up. Knocking roughly on Mike's door, making it obviously known who's there.]

[Mike answers the door and holds out a nice chilled cola. It even has little bits of ice clinging to the can.]

Here you go. Come on in. [He motions for Katsuki to join him inside.]

You're not really mad, are you?

[Katsuki will ignore the soda for the moment, stomping inside past Mike and turning around to look at him sternly. And then immediately, he holds his hand out for something else.]

Gimme your phone.

[It's pretty obvious by his tone and expression that he is dead serious. And... pretty gosh darn mad!!]

...Guess that's a yes.

[He pulls his phone out of his pocket and hands it over.]

Warning. Don't uh scroll more than three pictures. I deleted them all.

[Katsuki reaches to take that phone, but the warning has him freeze.

And then he recoils his hand back.]

...actually. Keep your photos. I don't care.

[He's decided the chance of seeing a nude from or for Mike outweighs the possibility of him having cute photos of Katsuki still on the phone. And instead he swipes that soda.]

But if you show them off like this again you'll be part of the vampire family.

[Definitely the right decision, Bakugo. That phone is full of all sorts of naughty pictures you probably never want to see in the context of being on your dad's phone. Mike lets go of the soda and relocks the screen on his phone.]

Cool. And I won't. Not like that anymore. I made all the photos physical anyway and put them in a photo album. So I can show them off when it's us and someone else. With your consent, of course.

You-- you little shit! You were gonna keep those photos anyway?!

[Katsuki looks so mortified at the news of Mike's new photo album. How could he!!]

Ugh, you're just like a real dad!

[As he continues to whine and bitch, Katsuki moves to the couch to take a seat at with the grumpiest look on his face.]

I can't believe you went and made a photo album for pictures of me. Thank god you don't have access to any of my baby photos.

[mike would absolutely die at how cute he was as a baby]

[So this is "Mike"...?]

[Embarrassed but loved, Katsuki.]
