Hey, everyone. For those who don't know me, I'm Reiner Braun. I've been here for a long time. And I'm here to announce the grand opening of my shop.

[ He pans up to show the sign: BraunSphere. ]

I'm selling little trinkets and stuff. I'm also selling amulets with defensive properties. Only defensive; don't ask me about offensive enchantments.

[ He pans the camera back down, showing off the merchandise in the window. It's quite an impressive display! ]

If you find something you like but it doesn't quite suit, I do take custom orders. And if you like Amberfall and you'd wanna work at a place like this, let me know. I'm hiring. Full or part-time, your choice.

Yeah! You're so good at it! [clap clap] And don't worry! I'm way better at defensive enchantments than offensive ones too. I never got the hang of how angry you gotta feel to make something attack better.

I can make offensive enchantments, [ Reiner clarifies, expression sobering. ] But I'm not about to sell those to people.

Huh... okay.

[Blink, shrug! He must have his reasons.]

Defensive ones feel way better anyway, right? So it makes sense to make that kinda stuff to sell.

Yeah, they do feel better. [ Reiner's expression relaxes a bit, pleased he doesn't have to dive into it. ] Making them feels really natural to me, actually.

Right? What all other spells do you like?

I don't know if it counts as a spell, but I really like Absolute Balance. It's the first advanced Autumn ability I learned. It makes you feel so solid.

Wow, really? Hm... If you count season powers, shapeshifting's a lot of fun! Neechan's really good at it, so I work hard to get good at it too! ...Even if I kinda accidentally got stuck like this.

[You know. Permanent sparkle eyes. Tail. Fluffy little horns.]

But it doesn't really matter, since it's fun ♪

I think enjoyment is the most important thing with something like shapeshifting. I mean, I can't imagine transforming into something I didn't like.

Hm, I don't think so either! All my animal forms are cool... wait, I think every animal is cool for something. Don't you?

[ Reiner is quiet for a second. Then: ]

Jawless fish kinda freak me out.

Eh? Hm... I guess they are kinda weird, huh? And a little scary 'cause they bite you and want you to bleed more. But Hina-chan does that too, and she isn't scary at all.

But see, she isn't a jawless fish. She doesn't have those…

[ He puts a hand in front of his mouth and sort of. Wiggles his fingers around. ]

You know?

[Rinku giggles.] That's true, she's a lot cuter. And she knows not to bite people if you tell her not to, even if she gets all disappointed.

She's cuter and more polite. That's an unbeatable combination.

[giggle] Oh! Do you wanna come to Hina-chan's birthday party next week, speaking of? I've been working really hard to make blood cake for her and all the vampires, but there's gonna be regular cake and normal food too.

[ Blood … cake… ]

Wow. I didn't think blood cake was a thing.

Sure. I'd be happy to come.

[Yes, she's spinning while holding the phone.]

I didn't think so either, but I wanted to try to give her her favourite food anyway, so I worked really hard and searched everything I could find! It was kinda Neechan's idea too.

I'm sure she'll love it. Especially with all the effort you've put in.

[ That much effort and love has gotta make things taste better! Even blood! ]

It's going really well. People appreciate the atmosphere, and no one has tried to haggle prices yet.

Oh! The cute wolf! She stays over at our house sometimes, Mary-chan loves her!

[ Reiner thumps the heel of his hand against his forehead. ]
