[So. Here's that green-haired, freckled teen that his loud bff was going on about. Izuku sits cross-legged on the bed in his bedroom of his newly provided apartment that he has yet to decorate or anything to personalize the space. He looks a little sheepish as he checks if it seems to be working. He's used to something similar, having this sort of technology back home, at least.]

Um. Hi? I'm Midoriya. That is, uh, Midoriya Izuku. I guess a lot of you already kind of know of me from Kacchan earlier...

[He's sorry. Really. It isn't like he asked Bakugo to go off like that.]

I was just trying to get my bearings, I guess. I heard there's school, or at least classes, here. To learn about our new abilities? I think I'd like that. I want to learn to use mine. To at least learn how to control it. If not to help out with it, and my Quirk. Plus, I want to look into prosthetics to help Kacchan. Maybe learn more about music....? I'm sure there's probably a library or something I can check! And I want to be useful and help out, maybe figure out a part-time job?

[......Yeah. That talk that he had with Bakugo about not overdoing it. Izuku might already be wanting to do more than he might realistically be able to manage. Because he's a Nerd and actually wants to Learn about this place and the abilities, and wants to help out as much as he can. This kid is just not used to the idea of not keeping busy, not being useful. Still in that habit of feeling like he has to prove himself.]

You made your own? That's pretty impressive. I hadn't figured on looking into it much before, but I do want to be able to help Kacchan when he gets his new arm. So, I want to learn what I can. Anything that might help me to be able to support him. Maybe figuring out how to help him with some simpler maintenance?

[Still, the boy tilts his head as the other shows his arm. And then mentions the music club.]

There's a club? I just know Kacchan mentioned he was in a band. I listen to music sometimes, but it's not like I'm an expert, or that I know about the theory and stuff. So I thought I might try to learn more.

[Predictably, getting told it's impressive gets a grin to spread on that screen of his, bright and glowing gold as ever.]

I can teach ya with all that 'n more! I mean, hell - 's just robotics 'n anatomy, figurin' out how to put'em together.
Nerves're just the way the body's wired up... blood's nothin' more than fuel.

'N I can help ya with music theory, too, if you interested in it. I mean... you don't need it for music - but 's somethin' I like 'bout music.
It's a kinda math, y'know? The way notes all fit together, the time signatures, what makes somethin' sound good... it's all just math with noise.

[... Just as predcitably, the big roboticist nerd really, really likes math.]

Ah...okay! Um, then. Please teach me! I'm not sure what I can do for you in return, but. I want to learn. To help Kacchan.

[To help with his prosthetic. To help learn more about music, to give him feedback to support him, and Todoroki, the rest of the band. If it is for his friends, Izuku wants to support them however he can.]

[Here, he's gonna make a little show of really thinking this over - rubbing the bottom of his screen as if it's his chin, humming thoughtfully, the whole nine yards.]

In return for me teachin' you all this, you work extra hard at helpin' your friends, ouais?

I can tell you got a lotta passion for helpin' folks, especially the ones who mean a lot to ya... knowin' I've helped out a good kid like yourself is good enough payment for me.

[He really doesn't need any more encouragement in that area. Given how much he has done and how much he's already pushed himself for others. Izuku just does that sort of thing instinctively. Out of habit.]

[Really, when it comes down to it... Chipp just enjoys helping people who need help. Especially if it's helping out with something he enjoys doing -
So teaching Izuku about robotics and music hits that perfectly.]
