I was just trying to get my bearings, I guess. I heard there's school, or at least classes, here. To learn about our new abilities? I think I'd like that. I want to learn to use mine. To at least learn how to control it. If not to help out with it, and my Quirk. Plus, I want to look into prosthetics to help Kacchan. Maybe learn more about music....? I'm sure there's probably a library or something I can check! And I want to be useful and help out, maybe figure out a part-time job?

[......Yeah. That talk that he had with Bakugo about not overdoing it. Izuku might already be wanting to do more than he might realistically be able to manage. Because he's a Nerd and actually wants to Learn about this place and the abilities, and wants to help out as much as he can. This kid is just not used to the idea of not keeping busy, not being useful. Still in that habit of feeling like he has to prove himself.]

It isn't like he has necessarily really had the chance to consider the implications of what it might sound like regarding everything back home.]

i don't know. it just. seems like something there would be a catch for? people don't just come back from being dead, back home.

but yeah. i know things are a little different here, him being here and going through all this, me not remembering as much of what happened back home, but. kacchan is kacchan.

They don't where I'm from either. Except some of the people here, in this place, are dead back in my home. Death is a variable rather than an ending here.

Oh, so you have differences in timelines too. There's a number of people from my world that I'm familiar with... most from very different times from each other. Some have even been to other worlds before this one, and after our home world. They're still them.

a little. kacchan remembers more than i do about what happened back home. i don't know that there's as huge a difference in our memories compared to you and your friends. but -- different worlds before coming here?

Yes. People who died back home are here. Some from the time they died, I think.

We have years of differences, so no, probably not. Makes it easier to understand more or less what everyone knows like that. As for the whole different worlds thing, yeah. They were taken from our world years back for them. Five years I think? Maybe six? Has to be six if they're older than I am now, because the people I'm thinking of are a year younger than me, and it's only been four years in our world's timeline... see where this gets to be a headache fast?

Anyway, this world pulled them from another world, which had pulled them from another world, which had pulled them from home.

...yeah that sounds way more complicated. I think it's more, maybe months at best, between me and my friends from home. Nothing like what you're describing.

sounds like it. i'd probably need notes to keep track, otherwise, if it were like you with your friends being from all different times. and if some were taken somewhere else in between, before coming here.

i think i'd need notes if things seemed that complicated with my friends from home. but i guess i do have a habit of taking notes a lot anyway.
