[this post took him a lot longer than it should have and he still only makes it text (for good reason, really). he's not trying to (literally) show his face to everyone just yet, so he'll make sure to keep himself on the down-low for now, even if it means asking the network for help on some things.

I'm only just learning about our new powers, which I have questions about, but my main question is: how many animal forms can we have? I've changed three times already and it's all been different.

Some of them have only been half-transformations, too. Is that normal?

Any help would be appreciated.

I can't help it! Once it's in the fridge, it's like it doesn't exist anymore!

Maybe you could leave notes to remind yourself that you have food in there?

Or I guess you can just continue to unrot it.

It never tastes as good fixed as it does new... But I tried notes and they don't work. It's like food has a mysterious brainwashing power to erase your memories!

I sure hope not. If food could erase memories, it would be difficult to eat.

That's true. You wouldn't be able to do anything! So I guess it's something else.

Probably not because you would be forgetting everything from eating. Who knows what else it could be, though.

I dunno. I'm still learning, I guess. But! Are you having fun in Ellipsa so far? It's a really exciting place! And we're almost done rebuilding the city after that whole thing back in May!

Fun is a relative word. Exciting is a bit better, as it's a new world to experience. Rebuilding from what? What happened back in May?

Prison break, vampires, evil guys blocking out the sun, riots, that kinda stuff.

That sounds exhausting. How did everyone handle it?

A lot of people fought through the week of no light to try and keep everyone safe, and then we did this thing with energy ribbons to break the spell on the sky. Now we're fixing everything that got broken.

Energy ribbons? [sounds like some magical girl stuff.] Well, I'm glad you all were able to figure it out. What else is there to do when it comes to fixing things that are broken?

Hm... I know people are doing regular building repairs and stuff. Winters are using their object repair skill too! Oh, and people were giving blood and stuff since there's a bigger need now. There's gotta be other things.

Giving blood? Were there that many injuries or is this for another reason? Anything that someone in Autumn might be able to do? [he hasn't even been here that long and he's already growing bored. might as well try to . . . help. ugh.]

Both. Lots of people got hurt, but also some people got turned into vampires and their friends let them bite them sometimes.

Autumn... You could help with building stuff? Oh! Or cleanup, any season can do that kinda thing.

People are just okay with that sort of thing? [maybe being a demon here won't be so bad? who knows.]

I could try building, but I've never built anything before. Cleanup might be easier, though.

Most people. Some people get weird about it. Like if they were fighting them back home or something. There's also this creepy gang full of people who hate nonhumans and do awful stuff to them, but we haven't heard from them in a while... I mean, aside from we think they might've been the ones who kidnapped MK-san and I a couple months ago, but we got out and didn't get dissected for science, so we don't really know.

Is this gang avoidable or do they wander around pretty often? I wouldn't want to run into them, what with these new powers possibly making it seem like I'm a nonhuman. How did you two escape from that?

I dunno about often, they just kinda appear sometimes... They have a grudge against my friends, so maybe that's it. And we just kinda got lucky. They used emotion cages, and those are weak to love so they basically just broke apart.

[mysteriousness]

Are you and your friends the only ones they've tried to kidnap? [this is important, really.] Emotion cages? Well, those sound rather impractical. Why not just use actual cages if they're that easy to destroy?

I don't actually know... I haven't heard of it happening to anyone else, but I also don't hear some things everyone seems to know.

Because they also lock your powers, I think is why.

Well, you can't know everything that goes on around here, I'm sure. There's a lot going on at one time.

Oh. Nevermind then, that makes more sense.

Yeah, probably. I mean, there's a ton of people just in Nightwake City! And stuff happens out in the Segments too, we go on quests and stuff all the time.

Quests, huh? And what do those usually consist of?

Finding stuff or fighting monsters or fixing things, usually, but I guess a quest can be anything. Sometimes stores and stuff in the city even make promo things into quests.
