There is this fantastic place in Nightwake. They've got about anything spicy you could want -- I go there constantly.

I believe the Gacha Restaurant can satisfy your need for spice, if you don't mind gambling for it. In fact, I've received a one-star meal from that restaurant that was too spicy to eat... which wasn't meant to have spice at all.
You'll get your spice one way or another, there!
As for candy, Nightwake has several good candy shops. There's also one near the gardens in Blossomcrown that specialize in floral candies that I enjoy quite a bit.
