So I'm sure you probably noticed a few changes in the New Year’s Eve show. Besides that ending. This year leaned a little harder into duets, and that’s why you saw me and Rumi performing together. Different vibe, same heart. We wanted to try something new and meaningful to close out the year with you.

We do have some news about something that we need to share, because you deserve to, and would want to, know. Mira has gone home for now. There’s no drama, no sudden ending—just life doing what it does sometimes. We’re taking a moment to breathe, reset, and figure out a few things behind the scenes.

Most important part: we’re not going anywhere.
The music isn’t disappearing. The story isn’t over. It just needs a little care and patience while we work things out the right way.

Thank you for sticking with us, for noticing the details, for loving us loudly and softly at the same time. Your support means more than I can ever fit into one post. Truly.

Yeah. Totally. I mean—change isn’t the end of the world, right? New songs could actually be… good. Different. Keep things fresh. And it’s not like Mira’s gone forever. People move, things shift, that’s just… life. Rumi and I will figure it out.

Well she'll probably want to focus on doing more duets with Jinu. But yeah. Solo stuff, duets, whatever makes sense.

[Nope she's not upset, why would she be upset, everything's fine.]

Right. And -- you know, just because Mira isn't here now, doesn't mean she might not come back. Or you'll see her when you get back home. I'm sure she will be happy to see you again and you can catch up. Maybe you can write some notes or letters for her or something like that? It's what I've been doing. When I miss my mum, or my friends back home.

Duets with him, sure. But she wouldn't forget to do some with you, too. I'm sure the two of you can still support each other and work together. Just because Mira went back, doesn't mean you still don't have each other.

Yeah—yeah, exactly. Letters are… nice. That’s a good idea. Low pressure. Normal. Very retro. Mira would like that.

And, I mean, Rumi and Jinu doing duets makes sense. They’ve got a whole thing, right? Voices fit, styles line up. It’d be weird if she didn’t explore that more. We’re solid. Always have been. We can still write together, back each other up, do duets when it works. It’s not like music is a zero-sum thing.

And Mira could be back anytime.

Yeah. I know I might not be able to give them the letters soon, but. It helps.

Kacchan is more into his music than I am. But yeah. I think it's fine if she works with both you and Jinu. Both of you probably can do different styles with her or something, you know? Just focus in the meantime on what you can do. And give yourself time to do something for yourself with giving yourself some space to miss your friend.

I wonder if there is a way to send letters. That would be amazing! Though when would they get them, since they don't really know we're gone.

Yeah I remember seeing his performance back at Halloween, it was pretty good. And yeah we're going to take some time, and I totally have my notebooks and start on new songs, plus there's a bunch of stuff to do with the move too.

I'm not sure. But at least for now, you can keep them on you and maybe give them to her if and when she shows up? If you want to.

Sounds like you're keeping busy, at least. But yeah. I'm not really that musical myself, but I've been supporting by watching him and Todoroki-san's shows and practices and stuff!

Well I'm sure he's grateful for the support.

hope so. i mean. i helped out with our class concert back home that one time, but otherwise music hasn't really been a major focus of mine or anything. not like some of our friends.

Yeah, but it's not just about the music you know. It's the support and knowing that there are people who care and support you. That's like the best feeling in the world.

no, i know. i still really miss the rest of my friends. my mum. it's nice to meet everyone here, make new friends i wouldn't have met back home, but. it's still even better having familiar faces around.
