Hello, again.

Last time I voiced something on here it was regarding information I found on the past of this world. I'm still trying to uncover more, but I have started assembling information pamphlets for those that arrive and would like a deeper understanding of the world we're in with what I have already.

On that note, I've managed to acquire a job at the government here with the title 'Otherworldy Ambassador'. Granted, it is not as fancy as it may seem. I'm merely working on a proposition that will aid all of us in these new circumstances, along with the citizens here who are dealing with the changes. I have gathered support from Olwen for this, if only because he understands there is more needed to ensuring people's safety after they are brought here.

I'm reaching out here today to see if there is any interest in helping in any form. While I cannot promise paid jobs right away, I will say there are means we can use to work with the government for extra posts, if anyone is interested. Otherwise, I seek collaboration with anyone wishing to set up a business or charity that may be related to this. I'm considering aspects such as combat, strategy, supply line management and other logistics, counselling... as you can see, there is likely something that may be helpful for most. Of course, this is not the only route nor am I likely the only person trying to work towards something like this, I'm merely offering my expertise if anyone should wish to use it. It's still a work in progress, after all, with hopefully an office or a meeting point ready to be used next month.

Personally I've been asking those I trust, considering exploration includes a lot of unguided exploration and potential danger,I'd personally go with people I know the skills of and can utilise well. Granted, given my work now I don't have as much time to go off and explore myself.

In that case, it would be useful to have a list of people's combat abilities and exploration experience. It would facilitate better match-ups.

You raise a good point, though I'm not sure if that's something we should be enquiring about at the guilds.

What do you mean? Isn't that where people go to train? It would be the most logical place to store such information.

It is, though I doubt they've been fully prepared for how many of us there are or abilities from other worlds to truly take note of the differences in abilities.

We'll have to do the research for them then. This network seems a decent place for it. People regularly respond to various queries.

That they do. People will need to be willing to share that information, however.

They either share or they don't. We will simply inform them that it will be easier form exploration parties if we have the information. Those who don't share can find their own parties, if they wish.

I'm not well versed in the technology here, but I wonder if there is anyone who could create something to store that data and make match ups based on entries? It may be worth asking a general crowd as well.

A database. That's a good idea. I know a bit about them myself. But if others could create one sooner, that would be fine.

What are you exploration and combat skills? Since we are discussing things.

I have a Hydro Vision, so I can use the element of water. I'm also well versed in using a sword. However, I couldn't say I'm well versed in different terrain outside of my homeland.

And what of the abilities given to you here? Have you gained familiarity with any of them?

I can control fire and heat in general. Other than that, I can manage most types of physical combat. I am like you when it comes to my newer abilities.

I am also used to rough terrain.

I'm used to lightning strikes across the ground, but that is likely the roughest terrain I can compare to.

I haven't had time to focus on the new abilities, but I will be trying as much as I can in the upcoming weeks.

Then we will both have more information for the other soon enough.

Indeed. I'll be in touch with any improvements, I doubt I'll manage to find someone as good with technology to make a digital list at the moment, but I'll see if there's another way to get things on paper as a starting point.

I will see what I can do about gathering information on the skill sets others bring to this situation.
