Hello there, everyone! My name is Hazel and I've got a little survey to ask of you legal-drinking adults!

I am a botanist and a florist who aspires to open her own bar some day. It'll take some work - but that's my goal!
It probably shouldn't come as any surprise that it's going to be a plant themed bar!
Which leads me to the survey I want to ask all of you today ...

I want to generate some ideas for a menu and experiment with different drinks to serve.
If I can get an idea for everyone's taste, it'll really help out! What I'd like to know is:

I certainly feel lucky as mine is a red rose here. It seems we have that in common.

It's also a cafe. I mainly work as a barista, but I sometimes do florist work as well. I'm still learning, but the owner is patiently teaching me.
