[The camera turns on and Flynn is staring at someone off camera, frowning slightly before he looks back at the recording device. He opens his mouth to speak, then shuts it, and then finally he relaxes. He gives the camera a smile and a nod of acknowledgement]

I was told that this device can record me and put my words onto a network.

[Flynn gives a small wave.]

Consider this a practice round for me. I'm Flynn Scifo, and I hope to get along with everyone.

[He looks back over to whoever is off camera and cocks his head to the side.]

Is that good?

[The blond looks back at the camera and gives a sheepish grin.]

[With that the video cuts off.]

I found my apartment before I came to get food.

[He nods at her and looks at her apartment, it looks like a carbon copy of his own. Flynn smiles and taps the screen gently with his finger.]

I guess we both have to get used to this place huh? Though, I have a feeling it's not nearly as bad as I first thought.

You're lucky. A dragon had to help me find mine.

(She settles by a window and crosses her legs. Her view is nice considering she took one of the apartments on a higher floor.)

Mm I don't think it's bad at all. Just a surprise. I'm still looking for my friends and I'm sure you're looking for yours.

Yeah, I've found someone from home here already, but I think he might be the only one.

[At least he hoped so for now. He was worried about the others and wanted to make sure everyone was okay, but if they were home, then that at least meant they were safe and unharmed.]

Saya helped me find my apartment. I'm glad I ran into her or I wouldn't have been able to use this.

[He motions to the screen.]

You are lucky. I haven't found anyone I recognize.

(But maybe that's okay? Yeul had been determined to start over and - well - she will find Noel somehow. Somewhere.)

Your world is not technologically advanced? That's probably common. The world I left behind was learning the consequences of binding timelines together.

It's not bad, but definitely not as advanced as here. Also, that sounds very complicated.

[He didn't understand exactly what that meant, but he's not the type to pretend he does.]

I'm sure someone will show up for you sometime. At least I hope so.

Thus why it resulted in chaos. I saw that world end.

(Then she arrived in Winter, her feet buried in the snow.)

I can make new friends while I wait. Do you know Rafal? He's the dragon that carried me to the city.

We stopped our world from being destroyed not that long ago.

[It was the proudest of Yuri he's ever been. He had done so much of the heavy lifting.]

Rafal? I don't think so, though he sounds kind if he brought you to the city.

You must be proud. (Hers...had to end.) I was to be reborn with the rest of my friends, but I came here instead.

(She...guesses?...this isn't the world she had intended to go, at least.)

He's grumpy but I think I can depend on him.

Grumpy is better than mean for sure. But, you don't have to be alone, if you need a friend I am more than happy to fulfill that role for you too.

[She sounded a little bit lonely to him, and he might as well start branching out and helping people in any way he could.]

As for our world, if my best friend hadn't stepped up and out of his comfort zone our world could have ended. I only played a small part.

You will? That's...very kind. (She needs friends. She needs...anyone. Her existence thus far has been chaotic, dark and hopeless.

Acting can make all the difference. If my friends hadn't acted, we wouldn't be reborn in the new world.

[He got the glory for some reason and Yuri wouldn't let him tell everyone that Yuri was the one that deserved it.]

Also, it's the right thing to do. If we are all here together we should help each other, so I could think of harder things than being someone's friend.

(She can see why Yuri didn't mind him accepting the glory. Flynn is a kind, honest person - or so he seems. She has to remind herself that people can lie.)

Then... I will be your friend too. I can't do much - I'm only learning my talents - but I can listen. I haven't...existed...for long.

I appreciate that Miss Yeul. Being able to listen is a great skill that even I have trouble with sometimes.

[Only when it comes to Yuri really, he does good listening to others, but he's working on it.]

Everything takes practice. (She smiles and turns her video to show a bright flower blooming in a pot on her windowsill.)

We're all like flowers. We're fragile and we have to learn what's best for us. A flower may like a lot of sunshine, but that could make them wilt.

[He listens attentively to her, nodding. He smiles at her and murmurs.]

You're right. I understand and it makes sense.

Since you're one of the...ah..."hero-types", please be careful. {Since she isn't, she is going to learn what she can about healing.}

Because of inaction. I'd rather try and continue to try than just nothing happening and someone suffering because of that.

[Though sometimes even when he did something people suffered. It gives him a slightly bitter taste in his mouth.]

I couldn't act. Even if I did, even if I tried, the outcome would be the same. It's difficult to know the future.

{She sometimes envies the hope-filled struggle others participate in, trying their best to win back what was lost or taken.}
