Good evening, everyone...goodness, I have been neglecting my phone recently, haven't I? I suppose between school, work and quests I have been a little caught up trying to balance everything. I do apologise if anyone has been trying to get ahold of me in the meantime.

Let me see- It is not important, but something I have been wondering about. We all have a flower charm on the phones we were given when we arrived, correct?

I am no expert but mine is ambrosia, I think...

But I'm a little curious, what flowers does everyone else have? Do you think they have any special meanings that fit you well, or do you think these are random the way our assigned Seasons are?

Not sure if there is a reason for our assigned flowers or not, I hadn't asked anyone else about it.

Yes, I am. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it, though. Although, I suppose it also could be.

I wonder... Although, I think my flower usually blooms in summer, so maybe that isn't it after all?

It might be that there is no pattern at all, but I'd like to think there's some reason behind it.

Could be a reason for some and not for others. I have some idea about why I have a cherry blossom, but no way to confirm if it's true.

Do you know what a necromancer is? I don't raise the dead, but I can control them if I want to. But I mostly use my magic to summon spirits or to send them where they belong.

A necromancer, yes, I think I've heard the term before.

[Not one she was too familiar with, but she knew the basics. Mami found herself fiddling with the ring on her finger at the mention of spirits.]

I see...then, is it your duty to help lost spirits find their salvation?

Mmm, I wouldn't call it a duty. I just want to help the ones who want it - or speak for the ones who can't leave.

I wonder...I am Spring-aligned, but my flower is a summer one, I think. But there must be some sort of connection there.

I expect there's a spectrum ranging from "deeply significant" to "not significant at all," really. That seems to be on brand for this place.

It does seem to be the way, and I suppose we are naturally inclined to search for patterns when there may be none at all.

So yours does not really hold any meaning to you that you can think of?

It would be amusing if the powers that be assigned our flowers just based on what colours we liked or suited us, as opposed to something deeply meaningful.

It would be, wouldn't it? Although I suppose that begs the question of why they wouldn't just let us choose. I understand that our phone charms are meant to mirror the flowers we resurrect with, however.

Mine's a lily, and I've got a pretty good idea why. My sword's got a vine with them growing around the blade. I guess it was just the obvious choice.

That's not an issue, thankfully. They're sturdier than they look, and any damage is easily undone. They're not actually real flowers, they just look like them.
