He is, in fact, the most leal servant of the Prinzessin der Verurteilung and is able to speak on her behalf when mundane subjects elude her.

Greetings, fair citizens! I come to you from the most grand city of Mondstadt, a place that is worthy enough to be my residence before I reclaim my true home in Immernachtreich. It is my sincere hope that all of you will be my servants in this glorious matter and ---

Prinzessin, it would be best if you simply learned this new land before recruiting those among you to help you seek your homeland. We have a purpose here to serve others, not serve ourselves.

As for other perils, though . . . it is troubling. If the Acting Grand Master ends up here, it will be even worse.

As long as the Acting Grand Master has charge of Mondstadt, we have little to fear. I have my faith in her.

( There's a small part of Fischl who isn't the prinzessin that worries that Acting Grand Master Jean will come to this place and no one will lead the Knights of Favonius and Mondstadt will be in peril. She pushes that part aside. )

I will miss investigating for the Knights. It helps occupy the mind when things are out of one's control.

It's an ambitious proposition to be sure, but have you considered founding a branch of the Adventurer's Guild here?

That is what I hope to do! Guild work is what I know best and I know there are others here who would be good at it too. There's plenty for adventurers to explore and certainly the people will need things from the segments.

( Fischl may be very young but she is a capable investigator and would be bored without something to do similar to her work back home. )

Of course, every place has need of a bard, does it not? You won't lack for work.

The real question is whether this world appreciates the importance of music. Mondstadt knows how important bards are, of course, but that's because Mondstadt is superior in all ways.
