( Fischl cocks her head, considering it, then nods rapidly before giving everyone a broad smile. )

I have met an outsider before but she came to the world I was residing on from the stars above. She searches for her brother in every place she goes and it is my duty as a member of the Knights of Favonius to give her my aid.

( Lumine's presence isn't quite like being here where everyone is from somewhere new but it is a stepping stone. )

This is the furthest I've been from home as well.

World-to-world travel is more common than I thought. I assume she's not a dragon since you said the only one was the Dragon of Stormterror's Lair...

[ What other kind of being would even have that power? Maybe she's an emblem like Marth? ]

She is here, yes. Her name is Lumine. She is a capable adventurer in her own right and has saved Mondstadt before. We welcome her with open arms whenever she crosses the threshold of our fair city.

( Fischl peers at Alear and tries to take the measure of him. )

Would you like to meet her?

Definitely. If she's as strong as you say, she might be able to help us get back to our original worlds. Even if she can't, it's not a bad idea to make more friends in other worlds.

[ Just in case Alear can summon her as an emblem one day... ]

I know she can use the elements without a vision and no one else in Teyvat can do that. She is special.

( Fischl is a bit starry-eyed over this because Lumine is the most fascinating person she's ever met. )

A vision? Is that a weapon like a tome or staff?

[ He knows casters in his own world require some kind of stave or tome to cast elemental spells, so he assumes it's more or less the same concept. ]

No, my weapon is a bow. My Vision gives me the ability to use Electro.

( Fischl waves her fingers a little, purple electricity popping and cracking between them. )

Oh! So it's not an object then, but...a blessing of some kind? You don't just learn magic from studying?

[ How do they build a reliable battalion of mages then? ]

Nay, you cannot learn magic by simply reading about it. It is a gift from the gods. I have heard that chosen mortals ascend to Celestia if they are blessed in this life. I do not know if that is true.

( Fischl looks to Oz fondly. )

Without my Vision, I would not have my loyal retainer, for he is made of Electro.

You made your magic talk then?! That's amazing. That's something the mages from our world can't do. Although, the fell dragons can revive corpses... I doubt that's the same thing.

[ Not even the slightest. Her vision-power is far less creepier. ]

Revive a corpse? No Vision could do such a thing! You would have to be an Archon or a God to do something so unnatural as that in Teyvat. I have never heard of such a thing.

( Fischl lowers her voice in case anyone might be listening. )

This fell dragon isn't here is it?

Sort of... and a divine dragon– well, it's a long story. Not that it matters much here. I'm really just like everyone else.

[ Another sort of. ]

Not all fell dragons are bad. Our powers may make it seem so, but it doesn't dictate how we act or how we choose to live our lives.

Well, I shall hope only heroic and kind fell dragons visit us here in this place and we are not imperiled by the sort that rains down evil!

( Good fell dragons are very welcome. Bad fell dragons sound like a terrible and terrifying problem to have. )

Me too, though I don't think there are a whole lot left aside from myself and my sister.

[ But he'd rather she stay safe in his homeworld, even if he's already starting to miss her. ]

In the meantime, I'll keep an eye out for places that need liberating.
