( The video focuses on a slender girl dressed in purple and black, bangs over one eye covered with an eyepatch and a purple raven alongside her that doesn't seem quite corporeal. He is, in fact, the most leal servant of the Prinzessin der Verurteilung and is able to speak on her behalf when mundane subjects elude her.

Now, however, this new place shall see the Prinzessin in all her glory and know her purpose. )

Greetings, fair citizens! I come to you from the most grand city of Mondstadt, a place that is worthy enough to be my residence before I reclaim my true home in Immernachtreich. It is my sincere hope that all of you will be my servants in this glorious matter and ---

( It is now that the raven at her side begins to speak with both lower and more logical voice. )

Prinzessin, it would be best if you simply learned this new land before recruiting those among you to help you seek your homeland. We have a purpose here to serve others, not serve ourselves.

( Fischl cocks her head, considering it, then nods rapidly before giving everyone a broad smile. )

[ Most people she would be willing to answer with more honesty, but it feels like it would be very, very wrong to burden someone like Fischl with the truth. Especially when she's just come from Windblume, apparently, and is in such an ecstatic mood. ]

Yup, traveling! Nowhere particular, just... wandering, like you do!

You must tell me of all the places you've been! I have found myself passing the hours playing cards with nearly everyone in Mondstadt but I seem to have not brought them with me.

( Fischl gives Lumine a keen glance. )

Have you brought your Genius Invokation cards?

Oh. Uhm. Well, I was in Sumeru last. --And I did, actually! Were you hoping to play a round?

Ah yes, of course, Sumeru. I have not reached there in my travels because Mondstadt holds my attention of late. The game from there, however, passes my time well and if you have cards, I should like to play when you have the time.

( Fischl has not made it down to Sumeru because she's entirely too busy with the Knights of Favonius and planning her egress from Mondstadt back to her ancestral homeland but Genius Invokation TCG has stolen her attention. )

I think we'll definitely have time to play a few rounds. Have you found a place to live yet?

I have found myself in Stormreach where the climate is cold but the atmosphere is most agreeable to me. I shall have to re-outfit myself in clothing more appropriate to my new home.

( Fischl is far from the mild climate of Mondstadt and while she likes the edge of Autumn and Winter, it does remind her of Dragonspine and how one has to dress warmly to explore there. )

What of you? Where have your traveling feet found you this time?

The powers that be have deemed fit to post me as a representative of Summer. I have, err, procured a humble domicile with the help of several brave souls. No doubt we will trek into the wilderness soon, but have needed first to establish a craft to ensure the plentitude of our treasury.

Summer suits you well, Lumine, O Traveller from Stars Beyond. My court astrologer has scryed you before and you are just as mysterious as ever - ( Or, rather, Mona hadn't had the patience to scry for reasons not her own even if it pleased Fischl. )

I would be most ready to aid you on any trek into the wilderness as my investigation skills have no compare in Mondstadt...aside from you, of course.

[ Lumine holds her hand up to chuckle behind her knuckles, and then clears her throat. ]

Indeed, few can hope to match the prowess of the Prinzessin! Alas, the Guilds have yet to open and there is no word yet on when that may change. But we could certainly venture through the hinterlands of this new world and avail ourselves of its mysteries yet.

Yes, that sounds wonderful! Once the Guilds have opened, too, I am certain we will find our place there. It is what we are used to, after all.

( Fischl goes quiet for a moment and gives Lumine a softer look. )

Do you think you can find your far-flung brother here in this place, O Traveller?

[ Ah.

Lumine grows quiet. ]

I think, if we are to be reunited here, then it will be less a matter of finding and more happenstance.

Still, if I can aid in any way, I lend my aid here as I did in Mondstadt. Locales may change but missions do not.

( Fischl bows her head a little. )

Everyone cares for you, Lumine From-the-Stars. There is no one in Mondstadt who hasn't been touched by your kindness and generosity, least of all me. I would be honored to help.

( Fischl wishes she had a sibling, someone to love her when all others have left her, but the least she can do is find Lumine's brother. )

[ Having a sibling is great--right up until they abandon you and start working with evil forces to upend the known order of the world for mysterious and possibly nefarious reasons. ]

Well, just remember if you need it, my sword is yours as well.

( There's only ever been one of those in the history of the Knights of Favonius and Lumine is that person. She is unique to all of Mondstadt. )

Have you been anywhere to eat yet, m'lady?

No, I have not! Do you have a place in mind to go?

Well, there's the gacha restaurant, if you're up for a surprise.

Oh, I haven't been there yet. What sorts of surprises does this restaurant hold within its walls?

( A restaurant full of surprises? How terribly interesting. )

I'm not entirely sure. From what I understand, you can get most anything there. So it might be more like "what could we not get?

We simply must go, dear Lumine. I will need the stimulation to keep from being bored of this new place.

( Fischl has only just arrived so there's little chance of that but she desperately wants to go somewhere with Lumine and doesn't want to be let down if Lumine doesn't want to go with her - if it seems casual, perhaps it won't hurt much. )

[ Lumine is pretty sure that even if she'd been here a month Fischl wouldn't get bored. She had never met anyone with as much imagination as her, and she had a way of getting the people around her caught up in it too. No doubt she'd end up befriending a whole cohort of people within her first week.

It doesn't even occur to her that Fischl might be worried she wouldn't say yes. ]

All right, let's see what it's all about then! Do you want to meet me there now, or are you busy?

I am meant to go shopping with Calvary Captain Kaeya soon, alas, but another time? I would love to take a meal with you, Honorary Knight!

( For once, it does seem that she is busy with a friend! )
