[ Truth be told... she Yuuto's message hits hard. She hasn't found a single member of Polaris so far, and she is lonely. Almost unimaginably so. But instead of admitting her true feelings... ]

[ She feels a certain warmth at Yuuto's suggestion that she has to quickly suppress. It's sweet of him - it seems that way. But she's sure that sweetness wouldn't last if he knew more about her. ]

[He's relieved to see her agree. Yuuto hasn't properly socialized in... decades, probably. Not outside of his immediate family, anyway. As much as he wants to help Kururu, he's also aware that he's probably not someone she'll want to know for long.]

I can meet you outside out the apartment building? The city is huge, so there's so so much to see!

[He even walks there! Which is a big deal, since Yuuto is still capable of teleporting short distances within the city limits. But he doesn't want to startle Kururu, so opts to use his feet to climb the stairs and reach the first floor. The long belt that hangs from his waist is still a startling sign of his magic as it swishes like a tail. The anxious tail swaying stops every time he sees a girl pass by and he waves awkwardly.

... He has a problem, you see.

He never asked what Kururu looked like.

And now he gets to look like a fool.]

[ Of course, Kururu doesn't know what Yuuto looks like either - but she just figured she'd look for anyone looking like they're searching for someone, and maybe someone who looks a bit too innocent, too. In the end, she spots him waving to someone before he sees her, and ends up running over with a grin on her face, waiting until she's right next to him to say- ]

Are you Yuuto-kun? Hehe, this is Kururu! It's nice to meet youuuuuu~ ☆

[ Hopefully she doesn't startle him too much! ]

[Yuuto brightens when he recognizes her, though his expression remains soft from nerves.]

Kururu-san! It’s nice to meet you as well! [And of course, he’s bowing!

She looks quite young. Even younger than his sister. And though he’s got no doubt that she is a capable young lady, he can’t help but worry. It’s hard to be young and alone. He’s all too familiar with it. Yuuto has known her for all of a few minutes, but he can feel the desire to protect her settling in his heart already.]

Did you make it down here okay? That building is soooo tall! And the apartments are all quite amazing, aren’t they?

[ Kururu learns in towards Yuuto as she teases him, drawling her words as she normally does when speaking with people in real life. She looks exactly how you'd expect from her texts, and her expression is full of mischief as she speaks, dismissing Yuuto's concern easily. ]

Kururu's fine! The apartments really are something, though. They're so much nicer than the houses at Hinamizawa!

[ ...But that doesn't stop her wanting to go back home. ]

[Yuuto, apparently oblivious to teasing tones, nods and answers sincerely:] Of course I was worried about you. I care about you!

[Perhaps someone who is more socially aware might be less direct, but Yuuto is an idiot. He's an idiot, who can't imagine that Kururu is entirely okay with being away from home and alone all of a sudden. So he's not going to let the thought of being uncared for even dare take root in that loneliness.]

Mm mm. My family's home usually has tatami mats and sliding doors, so this is taking some getting used to for me... But the kitchen is hu~uge! Do you like cooking, Kururu-san? Have you used your kitchen yet? [Maybe a homecooked meal will help her? He's trying to get an idea of what he can do to keep her happy.]

[ Kururu is actually a little stunned at Yuuto's blunt exclamation. Now that's a response she's never got before... honestly, she doesn't know quite how to handle it.

Is it possible for someone to be so earnest? All she can really do is respond in kind. ]

I cook with papa at hoooooome! But I don't have a lot of experience, so I haven't really used the kitchen........ do you cook, toooooo?
