[Those who know Kantera, at least those who have met him in Ellipsa, are used to seeing him in yukata and the like, and may be somewhat surprised to see him in something significantly more 80s.]

That Fashion Favors quest - I encourage everyone to give it a try. For me in particular, it brought back some very fond memories of Hell... which is admittedly a strange sentence, so allow me to justify myself.

In the world I was taken to before this, we were sorted into teams - 'units' - and each unit had its own particular style of fashion. I'm still not entirely certain how to categorize Heart Soldier Senshi's - block colors, bold shapes, bodysuits, capes were common - but I can tell you it certainly was not a style I would have chosen for myself without outside interference.

-Admittedly, I wasn't terribly fond of it at first. Saya can certainly tell you how many times I spoke enviously of the unit given kimono to wear. But over time, I grew to enjoy this style that I would have never tried on my own.

Ah, I suppose this is all a bit of nostalgic rambling. Suffice it to say that a bit of experimentation in fashion can be quite fun. Especially when you're given outfits for free, you can hardly complain about that.

Lots of places! Oh, maybe at work at the karaoke place? Since most of the people I know are in the DJ scene. But there's so much else that's fun here! I guess I'd just take pictures everywhere!

They offer a 'magic refill', though it seems to me that we should be able to charge it with our own magic...

Fair enough. I suppose powering a camera with wind would also be a little silly.

Now that you bring it up, though, you can kind of get electric power out of all the elements, right? Like coal plants and hydro dams and wind farms all exist.

That is true... I could certainly turn a turbine with my magic.

I wonder if that's how the magic here works too, since you can do all these things with just four kinds of magic.

A good point. I'm uncertain what wind has to do with healing, for example.

Oh, that was in this one isekai manga from the 90s, so that makes sense to me!

There's manga about all kinds of things! I don't know if there's one specifically like this, but there's tons of stories about people going to another world, getting powers, and saving it.

Ahh, fair enough. I suspect a manga exactly like this would be a bit difficult to publish.

I guess it would, huh? There's so many people who got summoned, you couldn't just pick one main character for it to be about, so it would be really long.

Ah, yes, that as well. 'Twould be difficult for readers to keep track of so many characters.

Indeed. 'Twould be unfair to designate one of us 'the main character'.

So I guess it'd be really, really long, like Legend of the Galactic Heroes or something. Oh, that's an old series that everyone says is really great, but it's so long it's hard to start because I always get distracted.
