Hello, fellow otherworlders! My name is Ren Jinguji. I come from a place called Japan, on planet Earth. I'm an idol, so my talents at saving worlds are rather limited, but I'm going to try my best anyway.

[That's a quick introduction, but he does have something to say while he's here.]

So, I think several of us have been to "other worlds", similar to this one. I think it might be a good thing to get a bit of an idea just how many of these worlds there even are.

[Who knows, people might find others who they hadn't even realized had been there.]

The world's I've visited are called Prismatica and Avalon. That's already two that aren't this place.

Prismatica had a system that was rather similar to here, where touch was involved, but as a world it was quite different. Avalon, on the other hand, was like straight from the tales of King Arthur... but with an addition of technology.

[Those are mostly just simple summaries. He will likely elaborate if asked.]

So, what are your world hopping experiences?

I see. Were they also worlds with people from multiple places or just other worlds with their own people?

They were their own singular places with their own people.

[saxsongs]

I see. It must have been interesting to see so many different worlds and learn what they were like.

Truthfully? I saw so many I don't remember them all anymore. And the ones that I do all seem to blend together. I do remember them being fascinating countless times--and hopeful and tragic.

[saxsongs]

It makes sense, if you've traveled for a long time. I've only been on this road for two and a half years so I still have vivid memories of everything.

So you're also a traveler between the stars?

[saxsongs]

Not exactly. I've just been to two worlds that aren't mine, without my consent. So I wouldn't say I'm anywhere near the same as you.

Two before now? Or is this your second?

[saxsongs]

Two before now. Third time's the charm, so we'll see how this goes. Maybe I'll finally get to go home after this.

[At least for a visit. He wouldn't just leave Kitsuno behind.]

It's certainly a question isn't it? Whether or not any of us will ever actually get to go 'home.'

[saxsongs]

Yeah.

I've actually theorized that I'm not even meant to go back. That there's a version of my back home, living the life I'm supposed to. And this is my life, now.

[glidinglight]

That's an interesting theory. What led you to that conclusion...?

[saxsongs]

I was sent home in a dream. In that dream I saw events that hadn't happened to me yet. So it feels like someone else was living my life while I was gone.

[glidinglight]

You're sure it was just a dream?

[saxsongs]

Well, my physical body did stay back in the world I was in. Even if it did get older.

[glidinglight]

[ Well. That's a first. ]

How unusual. That must have been very disturbing for you.

[saxsongs]

It was definitely very disorienting. I didn't get any warnings it would happen either.
