How much studying does it take to understand The Talk? And I guess...how dangerous is it not to have it at all?

Probably. I wouldn't know. But I was told it's something I need to understand for my own safety, and it's rude to turn down a helpful offer for no reason.

Humans need that to procreate. To get babies.

Pretty much. It's hard to argue when your needs and stuff are completely different now. About the only thing that's the same is being pretty much as easy to kill.
