Hey there, everyone! I'm Kalim Al-Asim, and I've been talking it over with some people, and we were thinking it'd be nice to start some clubs here. Specifically, I'm looking for anyone who might be interested in a music club. If you like singing, dancing, playing music, or if you just like music in general, you're more than welcome to join!

We're still working out the details, but if anyone has any suggestions for a meetup location for practice or things like that, we'd greatly appreciate the help!

That might be a bit too busy of a place for practice, but if they're looking for performers, I'm sure we could try it out once we've gotten some practice in!

Some place with either a lot of open space or multiple rooms for people to break up into would be good. If it's any kind of music, it could result in a lot of competing sounds if everyone practices at the same time.

Any kind! And that's a good point. It sounds like we do have quite a variety that people are bringing to the table, but it wouldn't do to just mash them all together at once. So, someplace that's together but separate... I wonder if there's a place like that here.

i've never been part of a club before, but i'm always happy to meet more people who are interested in music

i compose a lot of original music with my circle, and we've done a lot of cover remixes too
i don't mind sharing what i've learned or helping others if they're starting out
