[Manic waves at the screen, a massive grin on his face and his quills as messy as ever. Honestly the number of his spikes on his head makes it probably more obvious he's a hedgehog than any of the others present in the city.]

So, everything all good now? No more people passing out in the street and being pulled into the matrix? Okay, cool. I can introduce myself finally.

I'm Manic, resident mechanic and drummer for the Sonic Underground. I haven't been here long, but I've got the gist of the idea and I'm looking to see any other outsiders around. Especially any of you who love music.

Lots of things! Like quests are pretty exciting! They were kinda scary at first, but my sister's been training me, so I'm a lot stronger now. Oh, and there's tons of fun stuff to do in the city too! Have you tried the Gacha Restaurant in Nightwake? Or the VR arcade? Or the crane machines?
