I'm offering anyone who needs silver added to their weapons the service free of charge. I can also forge a new weapon out of it if you need it, I made sure to buy a lot once I read the quest.

I'm located in Sunwaning, at the Volcanus forge. You just need to tell me you need a way to fight against the werewolves and I'll deal with it.

At first it was necessity, since I didn't have any weapons on my in the world I was previously in. But then it became more of a passion.

I considered randomness. The large number of strong souls I've witnessed speaks to a method or directive to the spell.

I do not thing they would wish to draw in outsiders with goals of destruction. True randomness would lead to such an outcome.

Even those who want to destroy things at home may change their mind while being here. At least become less destructive until they can go back to where they want to be.

And it's not like people like that would announce their intent to everyone.

Perhaps. Though some merely wish to destroy for the sake of enjoyment. Such a being brought here would be counter productive.

More data is needed to know for sure. Perhaps I should inquire to the guild leaders. They may be forthcoming with such information.
