[The video starts recording with Kaeya clearly at one of the stables, particularly the Sunwaning stables with a beautiful black horse just behind him. She nickered quietly as Kaeya waving to the camera caught her attention, her ears perked and pointed forward in show that she was listening.]

Good morning, my fellow outworlders and natives alike. For those who don't know me, I am Kaeya Alberich. On my home world, I am a cavalry captain. Alas, I have no cavalry to captain, but what I can offer are lessons in horse riding.

[As if on cue, Umbra's head disappeared behind Kaeya only to obviously bump him forward slightly. He looked a bit startled for a split second before looking at her. She looked at him, quite innocently she said so herself. He shook his head and continued.]

I live in Sunwaning, but I am willing to come to you, if need be. I'm aware that - [He back was suddenly head butted again and he stopped, only this time his lips pursed in a very clear effort to not laugh. He shook his head with an amused sigh.] I'm aware that most segments don't use horses, but that doesn't mean it wouldn't be a useful skill to learn, no?

So - [Head butt. This time, Kaeya couldn't contain the snort. He curled his arm under her long face and pressed his cheek against hers. His voice was soft, but the microphone picked it up.] Stop doing that. Shhh.

So, please let me know if you would be interested. Kids or adults, Umbra here is very friendly as you can see.

And clearly wants to go for a ride.

[Umbra decided now was the time to shove Kaeya's face away, practically take up the whole frame, to sniff at the phone. There was muttered, "Aiyaya...!" before the video ended.]

I don't need lessons, but it's been a while since we've ridden out into the Segments on a quest! We should go again one of these days.

[A bet, huh? Kaeya looks too amused at this, but he will be nice and not badger. Umbra comes into frame again, but Kaeya curls his arm around her face and pets down the front of her nose without a second thought.]

No, not full time. I co-own The Last Sip coffee shop here in Sunwaning, and I still adventure.

[Overworking himself is definitely something he does, though.]

I just simply thought I would offer my services where possible and it would give me more of an excuse to bring out Astra and Umbra. Poor girls don't get nearly as much action as they do at home.

Ah right, you have the coffee shop! Figures that you wouldn't just let that go.

[Who here isn't a multi-jobber, really? It's not like he doesn't get way more time off than the native police officers so he can go questing!]

I've got to say, I've been riding Brutus less and less, too, what with the increase in far-flung quests... but I bet he's better off for it.

[Chances are the officers who know primarily ride him don't smoke, or at least not quite as much!]

Does Brutus still work for the police force? If not, he may be useful as a training horse as well.

He's still with the police! They just gave him to officers who do more patrol work than me at this point.

[Him having been "grounded" in the office from October-December after a little PR disaster really didn't help matters!]

You don't patrol anymore? [A grin slowly pulls his lips.] Did you get into trouble, good sir?

"Trouble" is too much said. Harrison just wanted to have me around more at the station, I guess. Maybe he felt lonely without me.

[This is bullshit, and he can only hope that his boss won't see it!]
