[ He's heard before he's actually seen -- but eventually, Iggy does pop up on screen, with the exact same shit eating grin he always has. Except now, he somehow looks even more amused than he usually does, which probably isn't a good thing. ]

Did you miss me? Because I missed you.

[ He begins to cackle, and he spins around in the chair he's sitting in; the chair that looks suspiciously like the one he'd had in the small lab in castle he shared with his friends the last time he was here. Did he break in? He absolutely did. No regrats. ]

That's right, your future ruler has returned to grace you with his presence once more! Please, please, hold the applause. I know you all must be so happy to see me.

[ Iggy adjusts his glasses, and then leans in a little closer, his grin widening. ]

I can't wait to have fun with you all, my little test subjects! Ahahahaha!

[ The second he sees Bowser, Iggy damn near tips the entire chair he's sitting in over. His arms flail comically to keep the furniture upright, but, it doesn't work. He tips, and lets out an indignant squawk as he hits the ground. Seconds later, he's scrambling up, grabbing his phone. He squints into it. ]

Holy crap! Lord Bowser, when'd you get here!?

[ He sounds legitimately delighted to see Bowser, in fact. He grins in return, before cackling again. ]

Oh, absolutely! And boy, do I have plans for this place! Now that you're here, you know what they say... two Koopas are way better than one!

'Atta boy. There's a lot to do here, and two koopas will make it much easier to take charge of the place.

[He says, though he knows full well 'ruling' this strange place would be difficult indeed. But nothing he couldn't figure out, in time.]

Just got here, but I can already tell it's going to be a cinch getting these chumps to trust us. They need our help, they'll get our help - but we don't do charity work.
