How does Oryou get up without moving the little one? Please help.

That's true... I worry about that too. So I try to just be really slow and gentle waking them up when that happens to me, and then just kinda move them over to something soft next to me. Mecchan still sometimes cries, though, and then I cry too...

People have kept pets for even longer than Oryou's been alive, and they haven't figured out how to get up from under them?

There have been tries but they do not make it easy. I shall demonstrate it right now.

[Mira then sets her device down but keeps the camera rolling, slowly taking each of her gaelicats' paws off her because they cling and have claws. Both cats look absolutely indigent as their mom has the gall to take them off and start walking away. All this time, Mira keeps the camera on her and not even ten seconds after taking them off her, both gaelicats go back to clinging onto her again.]

As you can see, they disapproved of the course of action and sought to 'correct' it.

Cats are powerful creatures... Oryou has a new respect for them.

Interesting. I have seen people in this kind of difficulty before... though I have never been able to stay for long enough to witness how they resolved it.

No one has been helpful. If this is a problem for lots of people, someone should have come up with a solution by now.
