Oh, well, you see, Loid and I were on our way to a party and he was planning to propose there but then some of his very angry patients (he's a psychiatrist) started to chase us and they had guns and grenades and everything!

They were really very angry.

He lost the ring during the chaos so he improvised with a grenade pin from the grenade he found!
