If this adventure with chain mail has taught me anything, 'tis that many of us here are having our first exposure to the internet, with all its amusements and pitfalls included. Thus, I thought it might be nice to introduce another 'getting to know each other' game that some of us might not know yet. This one won't involve pictures or ratings of attractiveness, not to worry.

This game is called 'two truths and a lie'. The premise is simple. You list three statements about yourself, two true and one false. Ideally they should all be similar levels of unbelievable. Then, other people respond to you to guess which one is the lie. We all learn a little about each other and have a bit of fun.

It might be difficult for people who come from different kinds of worlds.

That's true. I tried using a variety of things people I've met have found a bit unbelievable.

Nope. That one's true. Even if it was just the start of training but I'd say it counts.

They were training you for the military. at 12.

Yeah I am. Have you been training?

Yeah. It's normal back home. And I could have just become a farmer if I wanted to, so it's not like I was forced into it.

It's not. Cars and trains don't exist where I'm from and I've only heard about them while away.

What else could be the lie when you told me you joined the military? Although, I wasn't aware that you joined that young!

You'd be right. I'm 10 cm shy of full two.

Yeah we all start pretty young. At least the training part. Officially I was ready at fifteen.

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised given how your world is like!

....Although, I have to admit, I'm rather envious of how tall you are. What a pity that I stopped growing.

No you're not, if we're fighting on same terms. It's just that you can survive more of punches than I can.

It's true yeah. I'm around 190 cm and hopefully done growing.
