If this adventure with chain mail has taught me anything, 'tis that many of us here are having our first exposure to the internet, with all its amusements and pitfalls included. Thus, I thought it might be nice to introduce another 'getting to know each other' game that some of us might not know yet. This one won't involve pictures or ratings of attractiveness, not to worry.

This game is called 'two truths and a lie'. The premise is simple. You list three statements about yourself, two true and one false. Ideally they should all be similar levels of unbelievable. Then, other people respond to you to guess which one is the lie. We all learn a little about each other and have a bit of fun.

I was thinking it's usually older siblings who pick up things like cooking well? Maybe that's just a stereotype, but what else do we have to go on for these games, you know?

Definitely a stereotype! I don't let my big brother anywhere near the kitchen because he could kill someone with what he does in there.

Yeah, I didn't assume the stereotype was right, but...I guess I used it for a basis of a wild guess?

Better than me! Everybody keeps guessing mine and then I keep guessing wrong for everybody. This game is really hard.

Just logistically speaking if you decide to keep guessing "2" for example you're bound to get it right for someone eventually.

Well, it's worth trying if winning is that important?

It isn't about winning being important but being last sucks like who wants to be last?? Not that you can be last in this sort of thing probably but it kind of feels like I am

Maybe just think of it as a bigger opportunity to talk to people?
