If this adventure with chain mail has taught me anything, 'tis that many of us here are having our first exposure to the internet, with all its amusements and pitfalls included. Thus, I thought it might be nice to introduce another 'getting to know each other' game that some of us might not know yet. This one won't involve pictures or ratings of attractiveness, not to worry.

This game is called 'two truths and a lie'. The premise is simple. You list three statements about yourself, two true and one false. Ideally they should all be similar levels of unbelievable. Then, other people respond to you to guess which one is the lie. We all learn a little about each other and have a bit of fun.

( it settles something in him when vash nods, even if it is awkward. this is something new and scary and dangerous. he doesn't really know what to do or how to handle this kind of situation. this is all new to him, too, because he's never felt the need &mash; or want, really, if he's honest — to be like this with someone. and maybe it's the proximity and what they've already been through together that is currently driving his feelings, but...

why not? why shouldn't he follow what his heart seems to want right now? even if it is this gangly little idiot.

one of wolfwood's hands finds one of vash's and he nudges against it so they can press palm to palm. he slots their fingers together. it's an uncharacteristically gentle action for wolfwood to do, but whatever. he feels like doing it that moment, so he's going to. )

Alright. Well, it does to me, too.

[It's not something he would have expected from Wolfwood, but considering the context of the situation maybe it's meant to be something of a mutually soothing gesture. Vash holds on in silence as he stares down at Wolfwood, suddenly more aware of just how long they've sat like this on the floor. It can't be comfortable.

He rises, lifting himself from a squatting-on-wolfwood's-leg position to something more akin to kneeling, and he pulls at Wolfwood to sit up with their tangled hands.]

You can't be comfortable. Sorry, I wasn't thinking.

[And because Vash isn't an evil little whelp like Wolfwood, he manages to pull himself up to his feet without doing anything untoward with the one knee that had been pressed between Wolfwood's legs.]
