What are some things that are considered "normal" where you're from, but aren't normal here? Or what's something that's unremarkable here, but would be the stuff of dreams back in your world?

There are a lot of things here that are similar to things I know from back home, but sometimes 'not quite' the same. Even some of the creatures here are familiar.
Back home, it's possible to summon a being based on strongly held belief. It's not a common thing, but under the right circumstances it can happen... I'm kind of glad that doesn't happen here.
