[Oryou turns the camera away from her face to look at Ryouma, who is… reading a newspaper and looks a little surprised to be the focus suddenly, because Oryou has never heard of asking for permission before recording someone.] This is Oryou's husband Ryouma, who is the best human. All of Oryou's friends should say hi to him, he needs more friends.

[Ryouma — who is usually pretty good about being put on the spot — mostly manages to blink owlishly at the camera in confusion for a few seconds while he waits for something good to say to spring to mind that never materialises.]

Ah—... hello! Everyone..? [He finally catches up.] I'm glad Oryou is making so many friends!

We each have our own tolerance for these things, I guess.

Oryou has met some mortals here who are fine. Maybe Oryou will get more used to having them around.

Some of them can be really wonderful. Even if not as wonderful as Ryouma. [ She gets that you have High Standards sis ]

No one can be as wonderful as Ryouma, so they don't have to feel bad about that.

I'm sure they'll be satisfied with being a distant second at best. [ No one would expect to be considered above a spouse or partner, no one reasonable. ] But it is nice to have friends, even so. I never feel like I could have too many of those.

...Oryou has high standards. But when people meet those standards, she's very happy.

There's nothing wrong with high standards. Mine could probably stand to be higher.

Oryou can vet people for you if you want her to.

I think I'm pretty good at that. [ Meh, but she doesn't ever regret opening her heart to someone, so it's fine. ] Thank you, though.

Okay. You should introduce Oryou to your friends anyway, maybe they can be Oryou's friends.
