[The feed starts out shaky as if the user is unfamiliar with the device, mostly just blurry green until the feed finally settles on the back of what looks like a talking horned bush.]
Bear witness to my image, so you can memorize it when you make idols in cowering adoration.
[There’s another adjustment to the feed as it shifts to a more unflattering worm’s eye view of Leshy, standing in bloodied and torn robes.]
You see before you the last of the gods of the Old Faith. All other gods lie conquered, helpless before He of Havoc.
[His foot bumps the feed by accident.]
Spare yourselves the same fate and fall to your knees, give praise and sacrifice to the Worm!
Me.
[The camera shifting after that bump of the foot reveals Leshy is not alone. Three sharp points of red appear in the darkness. They stare intently at Leshy and vanish into the dark again, circling the green worm from behind. Slowly the creature appears in the frame as it grows closer, the light shining on sharp teeth in a Cheshire grin, black ichor oozing between the gaps and down the black furred chin.
Leshy feels around for his camera, giving a proper view of his toothy face--only for it to go above his head. Whatever's happening behind him, it hasn't reached his attention yet.]
I await my temple raised in awe of my savagery! I smelled what you putrid cretins did for Narinder's temple...I want double the candles. Lit through skulls.
[He's too high off his victory, mentally running laps to consider his surroundings at the moment.
The creature in the back is easier to see now. It moves out of the shadows and toward the bush. That is infact Narinder. Though his eyes are black, save his glowing red pupils. Ichor runs down from all three of his eyes like black tears. His approach is slow and careful. Like a cat on the hunt. It isn't until he's right being Leshy that he makes a sound. A deep gutteral version of the cat's voice speaks.]

[The feed blurs by, showing Leshy and the form of his brother right behind him. The worm's neck jerks, his body language visibly rattled by the voice. He stands motionless.]
It's-it's not fair...you're supposed to be dead....
[A wet dark laugh escapes the sharp drooling maw. His head tilts ever so slightly as his grin widens. His brother cannot see it but his glowing red aren't looking at him. He's looking at the camera now.]

[Narinder lunges at Leshy, knocking the phone to the floor once more, the shadow silhouettes of their wrestling forms can be seen only before the video cuts out completely]

Yes
YES
The cat is out]
And that’s why he killed you here?

[The convoluted kind where the villain gets betrayed by an ally who turns out to be an even greater villain. He doesn’t say this, though.]
…… Will you stay like this until you kill him?

[He said the Lamb usurped him. Turning around and asking the person who metaphorically stole your car if they could give you a ride seems… less than ideal.]

[The gravely nature of his Narinder's voice starts to get worse. His sentences shortening with longer pauses between them. Would he trust the Lamb? Is trust needed for something like this? Perhaps in his right mind, he would argue the words used. But like this, the answer comes out with simple honesty.
Seems even despite the usurping of his godhood, there is some form of trust there.]

Russell had noticed the change in his voice. He wants to help, he thinks. But he can’t. Once again, he falls short.]
…I can’t help you yet.
[He was only just starting his Spring training with Kantera in earnest, after all.]
But Doctor probably could. Or someone else with better Spring magic than me.

Audio -> Action (PA System Voice: Paging Dr. Kantera :V)
[Russell sets off immediately.
He doesn’t have fast travel (yet) so it’s not as speedy a process as he’d like but thankfully it’s at least not especially hard to find Narinder once he gets there. The poor volunteers at the Welcome Center are probably grateful he’s here to take the ichor-dripping Walking Bad First Impression of Ellipsa off their hands. He approaches cautiously and gives a small nod of acknowledgement.]
…Let’s go.
[He then guides them from the center (moving at a fast but conscientious clip) to the nearest teleporter node and goes from there. If by chance Narinder hasn’t used one before, he’ll try to carefully walk him through it (it wouldn’t be his first time explaining it to a first-timer.)
Eventually, they make it to Miyata Medical in Blossomcrown. He stands at the front desk and calmly but definitively announces:]
I need to see Doctor.
[Which, as a general statement when walking into a clinic, is sort of unhelpful. But if it’s Russell, there’s only one doctor he could mean.]
Re: Audio -> Action (PA System Voice: Paging Dr. Kantera :V)
Only then does he follow the instructions and teleport. He stands behind Russell as he approaches the front desk, staring with his glowing eyes and open mouth at the receptionist. He licks his lips as he stares at them. Not concerning at all.]
Re: Audio -> Action (PA System Voice: Paging Dr. Kantera :V)
What - goodness. [He's very professional as a doctor, but he wasn't going to have no response to the zombie cat dripping ichor. He hurries to Narinder's side to look him over.] What happened?

Died. Came back wrong? He says it’s a curse.

[Kantera concentrates his spring magic into lifting the curse on Narinder. He hums softly as he does so, more out of habit than of his healing spell being involved. Higanbana, higanbana.]

His eyes flick occasionally to Narinder, too, as if checking for any positive change.]

Kantera continues to work his magic until all signs of the curse are gone from Narinder, no matter how much ichor that ends up dumping on his floor.]

[It’s barely a whisper, and it’s hard to say whether it’s more about the magic or the mess of ichor said magic rid the patient of.
He stares silently for a while, then speaks up to Narinder, a little louder.]
… How are you feeling?
no subject
...The hunger. It's gone.

[Kantera offers a warm smile.]
That was a nasty one, even for curses.
