[It's Evangeline! She's not wearing the flower she usually wears in her hair.]
Job searching seems to be a pretty popular topic here, so here's a related question: how do you write a resume and describe your skills and work experience without sounding violently unhinged?
Like I was thinking of applying to be a garbage collector, because I'm used to cleaning up dead bodies and have a high tolerance for bad smells from that. And at home 'experience with handling corpses' would be a perfectly reasonable thing to put on a job application, but I get the impression that it might be kind of a red flag here?
-Also, if you don't have any advice on that, then tell me which of these supernatural accessories says 'promising employee candidate' to you.
[She holds up a red flower with roots in one hand and a... headband of golden eyes? in the other. The look of the eyes might be familiar to people who read her last post.]
I could wear them both, and I usually would at home, but for a job interview I'm a little less concerned about power and a little more concerned about fashion.

Not exposing their employees to danger without compensation. Not exceeding 40 hours of work a week without adequate compensation. Permitting employees breaks and vacation time. In general paying a wage commensurate with the amount of work put in and preferably a wage that will provide the employee with the ability to feed and house themselves without needing supplemental aid.
The standards vary, unfortunately. I can try the library for a printed set of rules, if you like, but they're quite lengthy. It might be easier if you were to simply tell me what working conditions you would prefer, but this might be a very long conversation.

[The bar is so underground that it may pop out of the other side of the earth.]
shouldn't you be asleep
Do you have your heart set on any particular field or did you simply list those above because of what you're used to?

And not client or customer-facing, or was that simply due to not wanting to put people off with your ease with corpses?
...you were right
oh no
In my experience, people involved in R&D can be quite eccentric as well. You might find some kindred spirits there.

I would also suggest the library in Amberfall. I worked there for a time, and it's quite peaceful. Your duties would include reshelving books, helping library patrons, that sort of thing.

[The Library trapped people in books and was considered a serious threat to the City but that's in Evangeline's future so she doesn't know shit.]

[And he's. Not unaware of her, er, predilections, but.]

Unattached to any other sentiment, yes. I accept.
[Or okay yes but on his terms, which obviously is an improvement all around. Somehow.
Don't examine this too closely.]no subject
