[His voice is soft, faintly lilted almost as if he's always on the edge of gently chastising someone, but he keeps it pleasant as he speaks.]

My name is Baizhu, a doctor, pharmacist and herbalist from the country of Liyue in Teyvat. I find myself brought into this curious situation with the rest of you, and thought it only polite to offer an introduction along with an offer of my services.

[He pauses, thinking for a moment.]

... Though the advancements of this world when compared to my own may render a good amount of my medical expertise entirely outdated, I believe that some here may still find more comfort in turning to it than relying on more unfamiliar methods.

[Another brief pause, the snake on his shoulders flicks out her tongue, and he smiles again.]

Only in its practical uses when traveling. I've found it useful to have at least a basic understanding.

From what I've witnessed, very much so.

Yes, I suppose that's true. Though I haven't often found it to be the case when it comes to medical practicioners.

Then I'm curious as to how you came upon such a damning conclusion. Are doctors in Sumeru so different?

A good few I've seen in passing, particularly in the desert region. But there are a slew of issues there that need to be addressed overall, aside from the medical.

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the socioeconomic issues in Sumeru with regards to the desert region or otherwise, but I will take your word for it.

It would be a topic far better discussed with the Qixing or Tianquan than myself, I'm sure... I'm little more than a simple doctor.
