I've found in my travels that the best ways to get to know a community are to see what people do in their off time and find out where they go. So. Tell me anything.

What are your favorite places to eat?

What do you do with your time?

What are popular activities or hobbies around here?

For my own interestes, I have a few specifics:

Where is the nearest record shop?

Does anyone need an archival specialist? Data engineer? Librarian?

Also-- Does anyone know of a half decent mechanic that will follow instructions?

I wasn't going to clog the feed with my personal woes. But, one of my arms hasn't worked right for some time.

[Rider did not spend that much time on the network. Sure, she lurked, but she did not reply to posts all that much unless something particularly caught her attention.

...That username certainly fit the bill.

She'd already met one God in this domain, could this person be the same? If it were Athena herself, then...she could feel a chill running through her. There were two options here; avoid this person as much as humanly possible, or talk to them and subtly try and get confirmation either way.

After a good ten minutes pondering what to do, she decided to go for the second option, even if she regretted her life choices immediately afterwards- perhaps after the exhaustion brought by the memory portals, she wasn't thinking as clearly as she should be.]

As names go, it's not bad. I'm just intrigued by your cultures fascination with light. It is referrenced in nearly every name you've said.

It might be because of the Crystal we were gifted long ago, and the prophecy attached to it. Regis could explain it better than I can, since ancient Lucian history was a focal point of his personal studies.

Meanwhile, it's a good idea to keep your Aurora in order if someone does drop by. My reaction speed has been down for a while and that's why I had trouble separating the girls earlier.

but honestly, i'll eat just about any place.

play games, read, play with koro-chan (he's my dog), work at the bookstore, practice my kendo, i guess. depends on my mood. ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ

dunno about popular activities, there's been all sorts. a fishing competition, adventuring, etc. every place is a different way of life not just because of the seasons but the tech level so i guess it depends on where you end up. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

there's a good music store here in nightwake that i like to go to. don't have a record player yet, but they sell vinyls from what i saw. ♪♪♪ ヽ( ᐖゞ)

There is a large map at the research centre near the entrance if you need it

I'll send you a picture of my cat when I can get her out from under my bed. House cats and baby mountain lions do NOT mix, but Cecily won that bout.

That sounds like a solid way of living for a young Japanese person. I'm not well versed in it, but Kendo and bookstores sound nice.

If you do find any records, I have my rebuilt player that I'm willing to share. It's a suitcase model but solid enough to play LPs from the turn of the 21st century.

I had a terrible headache when I arrived and passed out on the sofa without processing any of the new info. I've been without a few of my tools, and suddenly having them back was an unexpected jolt.

It's ok to not be used to the phones. They're weird even by my standards.

Sadly, the only decent mechanic I know hails from Leide, and he has yet to make his grand appearance here in Nightwake City.

Although, that might be for the best since Cid Sophiar doesn't like following instructions even if you're royalty.

Cecily came out fine, thanks for asking. She's evidently like her namesake and not the type to be bossed around.

Although, a house cat taking on a baby magical mountain lion takes more bravery than most people have.

Both are very smart things to do. I'm still getting my feet under me, more or less.

I'm lucky that I have a pretty decent roommate. That part helps a lot.
