There's not a 'ration bar distribution point'. Restaurants are where people sell food. You can also try grocery stores which should sell other food including granola bars, I don't know if those are close?

I haven't seen an armory, but you can use Wishing Stars from Riki's Rewards to get weapons back from home.

Guns and lasers are more likely, or some magical equivalent. It's not my specialty but I know where to look. If you can fight with blades, those are no problem.

Greetings.

Ellipsa does not currently distribute rations for sustenance, as fresh food is of abundance here. Though it can be bought and then prepared in one's own place of residence, a restaurant prepares food and serves it to you - "distributes" it, if you will. This is likely why the locals recommended them to you.

Though there doesn't seem to be a proper armoury here as of yet, there doesn't seem to be a need for one. There is no war here at the moment - and may Halone deign to keep it that way. Individuals are able to find what they require for use in hunting and doing battle with monsters. Otherwise, widespread distribution of arms is unnecessary.

We don't quite have ration bars, but I can put together a profile of the places to procure food with the most efficient nutrient intake if you like.

Oh, yes, I imagine you're not used to all of the monetary exchange? I also come from a place where that's rather rare. "Restaurants" are essentially a kind of public kitchen where you pay to have food prepared for you.

[ Still, this woman must have lived a rather... dreary life if her standard for what's normal is ration bars and armories. It does interest her, along with the woman's appearance, but she doesn't seem like she's in a mood to talk about any of that right now. Fair enough. ]

There are places where weapons are sold too. I admit, I'm used to a system where everyday goods are simply given out at municipal stores, though. Money being used for everything stresses me out.
