How much longer do you have to spend in another world before the world you were born in is no longer 'your world'?

Understandable. But from the looks of it, there's not really a right answer to the question. I haven't really had a home so I'm no help, but maybe to find your answer you should ask yourself why it matters to you?

My wife recently mentioned that I don't discuss my original world much. I hadn't exactly realized how little I speak of it, before that.

That's fair. It's not my business, but it's safe to assume that there was a reason, no matter how minor.

It would be a very long story, and a bit heavy besides.

Most of my life is heavy. That doesn't bother me. But...stories like that are best in person with a warm drink and comfort food.
