Do you feel your needs are heard by our government?
If no, I encourage you to share your concerns below. I am in a position where I could be of some help. (As long as the requests don't fly in the face of her values.)
I work for our government now, you see. I want everyone to be heard, though, of course, we must all make sacrifices - some of us more than others. Such is the nature of living on a new planet.

[The idea that a government should help the people it rules over, let alone that it might want to help, is completely foreign to her.]

What is your position/role, if I may ask?
[While he's at it, he'll share his main concern, too.]
I'm not voting in your poll because I haven't actually reached out to the Mayor or anyone else with my current main concern, but perhaps it makes more sense to centralise these things through our representatives (such as yourself). I'm concerned about the lack of progress in exploring/researching/repelling the Darkness.
Our last concerted effort was the mecha beta testing a few months ago, but that didn't exactly end well, and so far the testing hasn't resumed, to my knowledge. How can we contribute to making progress?

The last politician I ran into was the guy who was definitely not actually the mayor.

To my knowledge the only real leaders here would be the guild ones. Maybe the Mayor. What is the government you plan to deal with?

What exactly would having otherworlders in government effect?
I do not mean this question in ill will, of course. We did not have a government in the realm I hail from, at least not within the span of my memory.
My understanding of how they work is very basic.
