My home doesn't have Halloween, so I'm not the best to be planning Halloween parties or anything like that...

I guess so. That just means you get to learn more here! I haven't really seen much Halloween before either.

Yeah, but we didn't have it on Tiotio, and we didn't really have it in Japan when I was a kid either. They have it there now, but I think it's mostly cute costumes and candy and stuff, like for theme park events? And I guess people from other countries use it to get drunk and TP stuff, so nobody really likes that.

Huh. Getting drunk and causing property damage sounds like a pretty lame holiday.

Yeah, but dressing up and eating candy is great! Some people use it for cute costumes, and some people use it for really scary ones, and some people use it for those "sexy whatever" costumes. Like sexy nurse or sexy bunny or sexy watermelon. Oh, oh! And this one time last year, some of my friends got into this Halloween cosplay contest held by a shopping district! They held a big performance too! With floating pumpkin-head decorations over the crowd! It was so cool!

Oh! I went to the masquerade in a scary costume, but it seemed like more people there were wearing sexy costumes. I'm glad I didn't completely mess it up.

I think if they wanted only sexy costumes, they would have said, right? So scary costumes are probably just as allowed!

I didn't get kicked out or anything, so they must have been allowed? But I felt like I stuck out.

Maybe they just all felt like doing the same thing. No one said anything weird to you, did they?

I don't think so? Some people asked what I was dressed as.

I was a Sweeper. And there's no way that I can describe what a Sweeper is without horrifying you! I picked them because they scare me after all.

You mean there's stuff even you're scared of?

[abnormalizes]

Yeah! I'm not invincible or anything like that.

That would be cool to be, though. Then no one would worry anymore.

I agree with some caveats. Like, there has to be a way to get out of a really sucky situation instead of being stuck there forever because you can't die from it.

Hmm. But wouldn't you have time to figure out how to escape, then?

I'd have time to think about it, sure, but that doesn't mean I'd be able to get out.
