[There was an off Pokémon blinking into the camera before it was helpfully pulled back up— and the Applin itself scooped up but a larger/taller Pokémon with that sly playful smile in a playful way.]
Hello everyone! Once again, for those who do and don't know me, I am Clavell. I hope you all are having a pleasant day, even with these surprises I assume many have been gifted.
I do, of course, mean those eggs left in a basket and hatching! As most know, I am from a world where these wonderful creatures known as Pokémon exist, and am very happy to help those with questions about their new friends.
[Up popped his Rotomphone with a wide smile before flipping around, displaying the Pokédex app for all to see--]
A friend and I created a phone app some several months ago that you all may freely download that is filled with information about all sort of Pokémon from various regions; which you can download here- [There would be an attached download file for those who wished to download said Pokédex phone app.
And that was a warm smile from the older man--]
So once again, if you have any questions or need some sort of help? Please do not hesitate to contact me, or anyone else you may know to have helpful knowledge of Pokémon. I shall be at the park in Blossomcrown should some be near as well.
Good day.

Sorry for being slower on the reply- RL hit hard
Houndoom rose with him, of course, and he was simply retrieving his bag.]
Very normal, distress is something Magikarp almost always looks to be in. It will, yes, but having the pokémon food will help keep it on a healthy diet that can't always be found. There are also certain dishes you can share together- where I'm from it would be certain sandwiches, or in Galar curry has become quite popular. Alola have malasada, which is a fried dough with some sort of sugar coating on the outside and filling on the inside- which of course depends on the type.
[Speaking of? There were several collapsible bowls being taken out of that bag. Clavell making up a few packed away meals into dishes that Houndoom was helping give out to his team.]
I mention that simply because picnicking is rather popular in Paldea, where I am from. Trainer and team often eat together when traveling, and in the comfort of their homes at times. Just another way to bond with your new friend.
Take it easy! ♡
I can really eat the same food as a Magikarp - or the other way around, rather? Could you give me that sandwich recipe by any chance?
[She takes pencil and notebook out to write it down - but then, she pauses.]
On second thought, for a Magikarp, a sandwich probably wouldn't be a good choice, nor the other dishes you mentioned... might there be something we could eat underwater? I have a mermaid necklace, so I can spend time with it there.
[While conversing, she observes the continued meal set-up for the pokémon with interest, curious what the different creatures will eat. Getting to witness this up close is exciting! She'd offer to help, but with her lack of experience in caring for pokémon, she'll rather leave it to the expert at this point.]
